HOSSEGOR- Between lake and ocean, opposite the supervised beach of "la Gravière", in a small residence of 10 apartments, studio of approximately 23 m2, on the 1st floor (no lift) with view of the dune. Classified 1* in 2021 by the CDT.
Living room (4.96x3.3) opening onto a small balcony with a view of the dune: a sofa bed for 2 people and 2 bunk beds.
Kitchen area (1.6x1.37): top fridge, 2-burner electric hob and microwave.
Shower room (1.63x1.47): multi-jet shower, basin and WC.
A parking space in front of the residence.
Ideal for a couple. Household linen is not included in rentals.
Possibility of renting at all times of the year: provide heating package, contact us. Pets not allowed. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
