THIS IS BEACH BUNGALOW #4 PLEASE SEE AERIAL PHOTO FOR REFERENCE! Our Seclusion Bungalows provide more privacy while maintaining a breathtaking view of the ocean. Our staff will place a private umbrella and chairs for you at the water's edge!

Simply put PARADISE! Swaying Palms is a set of (12) luxurious romantic single bedroom Beachfront Bungalows located on beautiful Long Bay Beach. When you step off your back patio your toes are in the sand! You will not find a vacation spot closer to the beautiful turquoise waters on the entire island! The nine Beachfront Bungalows share a very generous 554 linear feet of beachfront making it the lowest density resort on the island. Each Bungalow is separated by at least 46". Each of the nine has a single bedroom with King Size bed, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, large thatch palapa with day bed, plunge pool, outdoor shower, fire pit, BBQ Grill, beach umbrella and chaise loungers. Also available to our guests is a fully outfitted gym with amazing views of the ocean.

Swaying Palms is located in the PERFECT location. With soft powder white sand and crystal clear turquoise as far as you can see you will never want to leave. Located on the Caicos Bank, there are no waves and you can walk out, kayak or paddle board several hundred yards and the water will still only be up to your chest. Adding to the perfect location, while still being in a very quite and romantic spot you are only a 2-3 minute drive to Grace Bay and all the restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, golf course, Casino and other activities. If you prefer not to drive a 2 minute walk on the beach (or road) will bring you to the nearby Shore Club with its restaurants and spa..

Concierge service is available to our guests. We can recommend dining, watersports (fishing, scuba diving, jet ski, snorkel, boat cruises, etc), massage, chefs and other activities. Pre-stocking of groceries is also available.

Perfect location

The bungalow is perfect for a romantic vacation. Plenty of privacy and a beautiful view. Great location to all restaurants and activities. Staff was very helpful and always available.

15 year anniversary

We stayed here for a week and it was simply amazing! The house was adorable and the pool and beach were just perfect. We especially loved the full sliding door wall and the outdoor shower. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Perfect Escape!

We cannot say enough positive things about this place! Check-in was a breeze, property was exactly as described and the kitchen/laundry area were awesome amenities to have. Amazing Place To Stay!

My husband and I stayed at Swaying Palms for our anniversary weekend. It was amazing from beginning to end. Smooth check in, kind hosts, beautiful bungalow and surrounding property. Wonderful Bungalow

Awesome!

Great place right on the beach with no crowds. We rented a jeep with Russ at Island Life Jeeps to do short drives to the towns. The stay at Swaying Palms did not disappoint. Very clean including the private pool! You can rent jet skis and go kite sailing right next to the place and they supply kayaks and paddleboards on property. We have typically stayed on resorts and we enjoyed this so much more. Shout out to Terry and Dylan and the whole crew there for making a great stay!

Slice of Paradise!

The perfect secluded getaway we were looking for! From when you walk into the bungalow you’re greeted with spectacular views of the clear water ocean that most people go to Turks for. The bungalow itself is very spacious, ample storage for putting your clothes away, kitchen is stocked with necessary appliances and kitchen utensils. 100% Reccomend for those that want a safe escape during COVID!

This was a gorgeous property. Exactly as described. Our hosts welcomed us, set us up for our stay, and were responsive to our needs. Beach and common areas of the property were cleaned daily. We loved being away from the main tourist area and enjoyed watching the wind sports. The water was amazing as you could walk out 100's of yards. We definitely look forward to booking again.

Paradise!

Swaying Palms is absolutely beautiful! With all the bushes and trees, you never saw your neighbors. It was fun watching all the kite surfers zip by. Terry and the crew took care of our needs including recommendations for restaurants, rental cars and grocery delivery. It truly is a 3-5 minute trip to Grace Bay Area. Swaying Palms is the place for you if you want privacy, a beautiful view and a beautiful beach bungalow directly on the beach! We will be back!

Exceeded our Expectations!

When we first arrived, we were met by Terry and Jen. Both are hospitable as they helped us with our luggage and groceries. They escorted us to our Beach Bungalow. I was overwhelmed by the beauty, privacy, and view of our Beach Bungalow. They have done an excellent job in the design of the Beach Bungalow. We had our own BBQ, pool, and private beach area, it was amazing! Jen checked in with us daily and immediately helped us with any request. She was awesome! If you want privacy, peace, and God's amazing beauty, you will not be disappointed.

Swaying Palms Paradise

Privacy, stunning grounds and view, fantastic hosts and great amenities! Everything about our trip was amazing. We spent a week at Swaying Palms and loved every minute. The outdoor space was just as beautiful and comfortable as the indoor space. The staff were all great at keeping things looking beautiful and clean. We particularly enjoyed the plunge pool and outdoor shower. The kitchen was well equipped, the BBQ was a nice amenity and having laundry in our suite was a bonus! The gym was also well equipped and spacious. A wonderful experience beginning to end and Terry was fantastic as a host - very quick to respond to all messages. Highly recommend!

Awesome private beach bungalow

Great property and experience. Bungalow very large with separated bedroom and bathroom from kitchen and living space. Kitchen very well stocked with essentials. Large fridge with ice supplied by host and delivery as needed throughout stay! Beachfront and great views. Beach bottom with some grass/seaweed. Private pool deep and cool. Lots of outdoor lounge options with Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs at bungalow and lounge chairs with umbrella at beach, deep seat loveseat outside, small dining table with chairs and grill outside. Hope to stay and visit again.

Amazing Experience At Swaying Palms

My girlfriend and I visited Swaying Palms in Turks and Caicos for the week of July 4th and had an amazing experience. Terry is the consummate host making sure that we had everything we needed from the time we booked our stay until we left the island. She is very friendly, personable and sweet. I will definitely be returning with friends! The Villa is much larger than it appears and like the others reviews indicate it is even more beautiful in person. The gym is awesome. I'm a former collegiate athlete and like to workout on vacation. They have a "real gym" with all of the essentials. The property is safe and has an automatic gate. Also it is 7-10 minutes drive away from all of the action. Coco Bistro, Grace bay, and all of the major things to do were all 7 mins away. So you get to stay in a private place but also get to engage when you'd like to do so. Thank you terry and Swaying Palms for an amazing experience.
