This spacious home has been completely renovated inside and out and boasts over 1600 square feet. There are three bedrooms, two full baths, and tiger hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Each bathroom offers double sinks with granite countertops and ceramic tile floors. You can relax outside on the patio or deck and enjoy the peaceful garden and water fountain. This home is clean and tastefully decorated throughout. The Shoebox Cottage is in a location of envy! You’re within walking distance to restaurants, shops, parks, and the harbor. If you are looking to relax and see the sights take a ride on the Star of Saugatuck, the Harbor Duck, Dune Rides or winery tours. All offer a wonderful experience. Beautiful house! Great location. Parking in Saugatuck can be a challenge so it was so nice to have two parking spots at the house. The owner is very easy to get ahold of and responds promptly. Highly recommend the Shoebox Cottage!

Saugatuck Family Reunion
