This holiday home measures 120 m² and has an upstairs floor. With family or friends, come and discover this pretty dwelling with 4 bedrooms with 140*190 beds, plus 3 single beds in the first floor dormitory. A fully equipped ground floor kitchen: dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster,... Ideal for simmering good little dishes and sharing convivial moments. This house also has three modern bathrooms. In the large enclosed and verdant garden, garden furniture and barbecue allow you to enjoy the Noirmoutier sunshine in complete tranquillity.



In Noirmoutier, you will not be bored, with its shops and entertainment throughout the summer. Très jolie villa de caractère, bien décorée, confortable, rien ne manque, belle terrasse, parking fermé, proche plages et bien qu’elle soit située dans la forêt elle est très ensoleillée. On s’y sent comme chez soi.Steven de la conciergerie est sympathique, très à l’écoute, serviable. Notre séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé.

Maison très jolie , très bien équipée , très bien placée .

La situation , le jardin dégagé pour pouvoir garer des voitures , les jeux pour enfants , la décoration , le confort , les équipements, la grande terrasse en bois . Le service de la conciergerie ( pas assez d’infos sur la maison , pas très informée sur la maison ) . Ajouter un parasol sur la terrasse côté apéritif , SUPPRIMER LE BARBECUE INTERDIT DANS LE BOIS , boucher ( pour la nuit et la sieste )le puits de lumière dans la chambre de 3 lits .

Très belle villa, bien située, au calme près de la mer , les 4 générations l’ont appréciée pleinement . Installer un fil à linge pour pouvoir sécher les serviettes de bains et maillots lors du retour de plage l’étendoir s’avérant insuffisant.

Superbe jardin où l’on profite du bbq et de moments de détente. Très proche de la magnifique plage aux dames où celle de l’anse rouge. Super sympa de se balader dans les allées boisées! La maison est sympa, bien équipée au niveau vaisselle impressionnant. Attention la quatrième chambre avec 2 lits simples est en fait un dortoir sans porte un puit de lumière nous réveillait tôt le matin! Mais globalement on a bien aimé notre séjour!

Maison très charmante de l’extérieur comme à l’intérieur (chaleureuse et impeccable en tous points). Seul petit bémol la grande maison située juste à côté : Nous sommes venus fin octobre donc cela ne nous a pas gêné du tout puisque compliqué de prendre les repas dehors mais cela peut être un peu gênant l’été
