This single-story house boasts numerous windows, and the large living room is bathed in the magical light of the Île d'Oléron from morning to night.

The living room features:
- a very large open-plan kitchen equipped with all cooking equipment (oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, classic coffee maker, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes)
- a living room with two comfortable sofas, a large digital TV, and Wi-Fi.
- a long central table (baby chair available).

1 master bedroom with shower and separate toilet.

A section in front of the house allows for parking for several vehicles, while the rear section, private and quiet, features a large terrace ideal for relaxing or having a barbecue with friends. The large fig tree can provide shelter during a nap.
