Liz the host and Steve the handyman were wonderful super responsive and accommodating. The location and view were phenomenal. Yes it does have nine bedrooms but it wasn’t equipped to host more than a family of four(4). Kitchen ill equipped to do any cooking or entertaining at any scale. Pantry and cabinets not cleaned out in years. 5 toasters, 5 coffee pots, multiple slow cookers but only 2 wine glasses that didn’t match. Random plates, silverware, glasses. Kitchen super gross and our garbage disposal backed up into dishwasher and it was then nastiest thing I have seen in a while. BBQ hasn’t been cleaned in decades. You are required to rent towels and sheets which was surprising at this price.TV’s are all smart TV working off WiFi. None worked except for the hardwire TV in family room. Fruit fly issue. Overall good communication and responsive handyman. Wonderful location and view. Needs some love and cleaning.

Family getaway

The property was fantastic for the large family group we had. Small issue with the WiFi which was resolved extremely fast by the owner. Flies were crazy but that isn’t anything to do with the property owner. Overall perfect stay and will definitely consider coming back.

Our family rented this beautiful oceanfront home over Memorial Day weekend for a family reunion, and it exceeded our expectations.The home comfortably accommodated our group of nearly 30 people. The first and second floors feature identical layouts, each with a full kitchen, ample sleeping arrangements, and plenty of space for gathering. The third floor includes additional bedrooms and beds, making it ideal for large families or multi-generational groups.The beachfront location is outstanding. The views of the ocean are absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed easy access to the beach throughout our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were also a huge hit with both adults and children.One of our biggest concerns before arriving was parking, but that turned out not to be an issue. The property comfortably accommodated between seven and nine vehicles, which was more than sufficient for our group.The location is another major advantage. The home is conveniently located between the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Kure Beach, approximately one mile in either direction, making it easy to enjoy restaurants, shopping, attractions, and beach activities.The house was clean upon arrival, everything worked properly, and the property was adequately stocked with household essentials and kitchen items. It was clear that the owners and management team take pride in maintaining the home.Overall, this was an excellent vacation rental for our family event.

Good for family gatherings

We are three families with grandparents, parents and young toddlers, and we all enjoyed the stay. We really appreciated having the elevator, high chairs and two separate kitchens on the 1st and 2nd floor. Only thing to note is that some places have furniture & decor with sharp edges so adults need to keep an eye on the young kiddos. The house manager Liz is very responsive and the staff is friendly. The adults enjoyed the pool & hot tub and the kids loved playing on the beach. Overall a great stay.

What Fun!

This property is well-maintained and the owners were very responsive. We held our family reunion here and had over 30 people attending. There were TWO kitchens which made food prep very easy. We were right on the beach, so we could hear the surf all day and night. And, it was less than a five minute to walk to the water. I look forward to staying here again.

Excellent location for large gathering

The home is fabulously located and allows for a very large gathering. The elevator was perfect for elderly and toting supplies up and down daily. The unit wasn’t as clean as expected and was mentioned by several members in our party. I don’t think anyone had ever vacuumed the furniture or under cushions. And, relying on the last tenants to clean dishes well isn’t a great idea. Overall we had a good experience!

Create memories on Carolina Beach

Multi-family vacation with enough space for all. Views are incredible, pool was refreshing and 2 kitchens were a plus! Elevator was perfect for our older family members. Beds in most rooms were soft. Showers were temperamental with finding the proper temperature. Both washers and dryers are in need of replacing; as it took over 3 hours to do 1 load of bath towels. The trees and bushes near the right driveway need trimming as the view of oncoming traffic was difficult to navigate.

Great family vacation spot!

Our family of 20 (ranging in ages from 3-79) had a wonderful week at this house! The check-in and responsiveness were spot-on (we had a couple minor maintenance things that came up the first evening, and they were there first thing the next morning to fix them both) and the house is gorgeous! The pool is big and the surrounding pool deck tables (and front house patios with big dining tables!) gave us plenty of room to eat outside every night. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the beach in this area is perfect and wide with plenty of active lifeguards for peace of mind. A wonderful house for a big family getaway! My only criticism would be that there was a slight shortage of dishes on each level, given the number of people who can fit in the rooms on each floor of the house - but we just combined the cups and plates from the two separate kitchens and had enough to get by easily. I’d totally recommend this house and working with Laura and co!

Pompano Bees To Carolina Beach

We are five related families. My 85+ parents, me and my family, and my three siblings and their families. Our house requirements are on the beach, sleeps 20, has at least 9 bedrooms, has an elevator, and a private pool. All Decked Out offered all this and so much more. First and second floor are laid out exactly the same with a fully stocked kitchen and pantry, sitting area, two dining areas, a deck, laundry room, and three King master bedrooms...all beautifully furnished and made to live in. We cooked meals on the first floor and kept drinks and snacks on the second floor. Having two full refrigerators is a must for that many people and the two wine coolers were nice too. A great pool and short walk to a beautiful beach and perfect weather made our stay fantastic!!

Perfect Location with lots of room... and right on the Beach..with a POOL!

Great time with family from all over. Elevator was a big help to Seniors. Two kitchens were a plus.

Great house right on the beach!

My family booked this house last minute because it was right on the ocean, had a heated pool and a hot tub! Even though it was the last week of the year we got to really enjoy the outside of this wonderful property! And mostly, I have to say how amazing the property manager and owner were to work with!!! They were both super responsive even on a holiday and really helpful and friendly. That alone is reason enough to book any property that is owned or run by these two amazing women!

Great Summer Start

This well worn house made traveling with our extended family a breeze. The three floors gave each group alone time and together time all in one. The kids enjoyed the top floor bunk rooms! We loved the pool and sea side views. The few small issues we had were addressed quickly and without question. Thanks for making ours a great, start to summer vacation.

Perfect for our retreat

Our family loved All Decked Out! The house was so clean. We played in the pool all day and hot tub every evening. We had evening cocktails on the oceanfront decks...so beautiful. Very well appointed bedrooms w extremely comfortable beds and the bedding was in excellent condition. It felt very clean. The house manager was quick to answer all our questions prior to arrival. Having 2 full kitchens was so helpful because we cook a majority of our meals and really appreciated 4 ovens and all the pantry and refrigerator room. Luxury Lodging By Laura gets 5 stars all around from us!! We will be back!!!
