Exceptional location feet in the water. swimming pool in the residence, secure private parking in front of the apartment.
Our little corner of paradise is located on the seafront, placed on the sand and sns walk in front, with direct access to the beach through the garden of the apartment.
The apartment has been completely renovated, tastefully decorated and current:
2 separate bedrooms, one with a 140 bed, and the other two bunk beds.
Kitchen equipped with quality appliances: induction hob, oven pyrolysis, silent dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffeemaker dolce gusto, and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender heating phillips, multicooker moulinex, steam cooked seb, rice cooker, washing machine, TV, dvd player, cd player, Bluetooth speakers, dvd and books and board games available.
Terrace: garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, beach games.
Ideal for families.
Weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday.
Well behaved animals are welcome from September to June.

A truly special place right at the beach. Check-in and -out effortless. A small house fulliest equipped. Beach is perfect, long and wide. A return is very likely.

The outdoor place was very sandy upon arrival and the problem with WIFI was not solved, as was the daily 2-minute sounding of the smoke alarm. Early (at 6 o' clock) departure procedure to get back to Holland in 1 day: rather cumbersome. Nevertheless we strongly recommand this place.

Dear Cornelius, I am truly sorry that we were unable to resolve the Wi-Fi issue with your computer, despite the second appointment with my concierge and the lengthy phone conversations I had with your son. This is the first time an IT device has had difficulty connecting to our network. Regarding the sand, I promptly dispatched a cleaning team at my request, who came the next day to finish the job. I do acknowledge that the initial cleaning was not up to our standards, and I apologize for that. Despite these inconveniences, I hope you will keep a pleasant memory of your stay. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sensationell, die Wohnung wie beschrieben klein, aber okay. Bei Temperaturen ĂŒber 30 Grad fehlt einfach die Klimaanlage. Es gibt jede Menge KĂŒchengerĂ€te, Geschirr und GlĂ€ser, GeschirrtĂŒcher, SpĂŒMaTabs und Kaffeetabs, WC Papier.Auch ein Grill und Holzkohle sind da. FĂŒr einfach nur Spaghetti oder ein Spiegelei, bringt einen Topf und eine Bratpfanne mit.

Lage Lage Lage

Die Lage direkt am weitlĂ€ufigen Strand mit dem Meer direkt vor der Nase ist einfach ein Traum! Das ist auch der Hauptgrund, weswegen wir einen so wunderbaren, entspannten Urlaub hatten. Sehr zu schĂ€tzen wussten wir auch die vielen abwechslungsreichen WasseraktivitĂ€ten, die schnell zu erreichen sind. Praktisch war auch der fußlĂ€ufig gelegene BĂ€cker, wir vermissen unser morgendliches Baguette, die Chocolatines und Croissants.

Erholsamer Urlaub an wundervoller Lage

Wir haben eine wundervoll erholsame Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist unschlagbar. Es ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden was es braucht. Melanie hat uns sehr nett in Empfang genommen, die Kommunikation hat wunderbar geklappt. Gruissan selber ist ein schönes sĂŒdfranzösiches StĂ€dtchen mit kunterbuntem Markt. Nebst langen StrandspaziergĂ€ngen, sind Entdeckungstouren im La Clape Gebirge und den WeingĂŒtern der Umgebung sehr zu empfehlen. Die Weine der WeingĂŒter Rochette sur Mer, Chateau Capitou, sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wer gern exzellent und auserlesen isst, ist im Restaurant Mediteraneo des Chateau Capitou gut aufgehoben. Wer MeeresfrĂŒchte mag sollte sich ein Ausflug in die Salinen und das Restaurant le Saunier, nicht entgehen lassen.
