This 3 bedroom/3 full bath luxurious villa on the 7th floor boasts 1,484 sq. ft. of living space plus 215 sq ft of lanai that has magnificent views of the ocean. With the lagoons and Pacific Ocean at our front door and the Ko Olina Championship Golf Course at the back, come and experience one of the most memorable vacations of your lifetime.

The master bedroom, with its own private access to the lanai, has an ensuite bathroom complete with grand soaking tub, separate shower stall and dual sinks. The master offers privacy as it is completely separated from the two guest bedrooms. Each guest bedroom has 2 full beds and its own full bathroom.

Spacious living, dining and kitchen areas provide lots of elbow room for guests to unwind and enjoy. One of the best features at the Beach Villas is the lanai glass doors that recess into the walls and fully open for indoor/outdoor relaxation!

We provide you with virtually everything you need in your villa:
Chef Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen with full size appliances, pots/pans, baking items, cooking/grilling/eating utensils, small appliances, dishes, cups/glasses, plastic ware; 8 sets of bath/hand/wash towels, hair dryer in each bathroom, washer & dryer in the unit; beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and beach towels; and a "starter kit" of cleaning supplies and toiletries.

Amenities galore! Beach Villas guests have access to a heated saltwater lap pool with hot tub, family pool with hot tubs and sandy bottom pool section, fitness center with sauna and steam rooms, gas BBQ grills and beach bar. Enjoy certain evenings with live music while watching the sunset! Our property sits steps from the beach!

In Ko Olina resort, you can wine and dine at one of the many restaurants and lounges such as Roy’s, Ama Ama, Mina’s Fish House, Longboards Bar & Grill, and Monkeypod Kitchen. Casual dining available plus coffee shops an ice cream parlor and more!

Fishing, diving, and whale watching (seasonal) are among a few of the water activities available for your excitement from our world-class Ko Olina Harbor. The harbor is a nice leisurely stroll not far from the Beach Villas. Or you can simply enjoy lounging in the lagoon or possibly even swim next to our three-legged honu (turtle) that we named “Hop Along”. In the evening, catch a luau right in the resort!

A minimum of 6 nights is required at the Beach Villas for all reservations.

This is our third time at this resort. We love the location and the condos are affordable. So close to a nice calm beach and the condos are fully stocked with beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, etc.

Condo was beautiful, roomy, very clean, bedrooms had plenty space and plenty bathrooms. Loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the weather and we had a pretty view. 2 pools were amazing and the beach bar was A. We walked through the koi pond all the time because they are just so beautiful and it was just a great location for it. Location of the villas is perfect and very much enjoyed walking along the lagoons on the very spacious sidewalk. Also enjoyed the restaurants and souvenir shops. Get some groceries and you don’t have to leave Ko’olina at all for your stay. If we get back we would definitely stay here again. Big thank you to Tiffany for meeting us and showing us around, and to Eric at the villas for getting my son some fish food for the koi because we were a little bit late to the fish feeding. Just relax

This place was perfect. My favorite part was starting my day with a cup of coffee on the lanai and ending the day with watching the sun set on the ocean. You can hear the ocean sounds and birds singing. My 7 month old loved to nap on the lanai. It was equipped with everything needed from kitchen gadgets to beach things. The lagoon isn’t as busy as the others which made it easy to let kids run free. Tiffany made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, the best experience and stay!

So comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We were so impressed when we walked in to this unit. The doors open wide and the lanai is furnished with cushy chairs. We spent most of our time out on the deck each morning and evening. Our grandkids loved the pool and the beautiful beach. Everything about the building and the grounds is very well maintained, the people are friendly and its far enough away from Waikiki that you don't feel the crowds at all. We all enjoyed our stay.

Celebrated my daughter’s high school graduation and my father’s 71st birthday. The place was absolutely amazing. The only thing I wish it had was more bath towels. Small washer made it hard to keep up with 8 people. Everything else was amazing. Would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends

Cherie is an absolute pleasure to deal with! She made the check in process seamless and was quick to respond to texts when we had questions about the area. This location is great-you can walk to the Marriott, Aulani and the four seasons and access any of their wonderful restaurants and cafes along a nice beachside stroll. Great restaurants also across the street. The pool is nice and warm and the unit is at a nice high level and well equipped (beach toys and such). Highly recommended!

Beautiful Property and Amazing Host

We stayed for a week and it was hard to say goodbye. The unit was exactly as advertised and immaculate. The amenities were absolutely wonderful from the pool to the beach to the daily fish feeding for the kids. It was never over crowded and my family and I had the time of our lives. The host, Cherie, was very responsive and reached out before and throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. I'd give it six stars if I could.

Perfect Family Time

The property was beautiful. This unit was spacious for my family of 7. We haven't had a family vacation with everyone together in years, we had an awesome time. This was a very peaceful area. The staff was very friendly. my family and I loved every minute of our stay, my son proposed to his girlfriend, I was able to spend time with my daughter, who is stationed in a nearby location. This was perfect timing for our family. My husband and I plan on visiting again probably next year.

Wonderful place to stay

This is a wonderful place to stay with expansive, well appointed units. Having a closet of beach items and beach towels provided was a lifesaver! It's beautiful with 24 hour front desk staff if you have questions. In addition to the lagoons, there are great food options nearby, a convenience\small grocery, and some cute shops. We were there in the off season, so it was pretty quiet. It helped that the pool below the towers is a quiet pool, and the larger lagoon pool is separated by greenery so you don't hear the noise, even when there are lots of kids in it. I'd say the only drawback could be the location. The local town has any shops you'll need, but Honolulu is 20-30 minutes away, and the North Shore is at least an hour. It's only a drawback if that bothers you. Luckily for us, my partner loves to drive and didn't mind at all.
