2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo in Venice -available 4/15/26 -10/31/26 Min 3 Month Lease

March 19th, 2026- 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Furnished Condominium in the Bird Bay Development at the North end of Venice For Rent April 15th, 2026 through October 31st, 2026.....Our Condo Development does require a minimum 3 month rental

If you are interested just make an inquiry and we can work out the details - Rent is $1,900 a month and includes Cable Television and Internet....the only 'add on' is that we do have Guests pay the monthly Electric Bill.....other than that there are no 'add ons'......no charge for cleaning/ cleaning is included...

NOTE; We have replaced all the carpeting in the Living - Dining area and Bedrooms with LVP/Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring......see picture of sample.......The Kitchen and Bathrooms have tile floors


The unit is completely furnished including sheets and towels and is ready to move in with your just your suitcases and food. The unit has a lovely southerly view over open space that used to the Hawks Run Golf Course, a spacious screened in lanai, and is extremely quiet because the Fairways Units are concrete construction.

The kitchen is spacious for a Bird Bay Development condo with a separate window nook for a kitchen table that seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots & pans, dinnerware, silverware, and glassware.

The dining area has a table that seats six and is open to the living area....

The living area has a couch, loveseat , a classic comfy Florida Rattan chair, tables, lamps and a 40" flat screen television.

The master Bedroom on the open space - meadow- side of the condo has a new luxury Serta King size mattress and box spring and has an en-suite bath with double sinks and a step in shower.

The smaller 2nd bedroom has a new double bed and a nice, mostly wooded view to the rear of the condo and access to the second bath in the condo with a standard tub and shower combo.

We are the Jones Family from Kennebunkport, Maine and since Winters are long in Maine we purchased this Condo in 2004 as our 'Winter Escape'....though currently we are only using the Condo for occasional week-long off season visits

The Bird Bay Community is ideally located in Venice less than 2 miles to the the Venice town center and only a ten minute drive to a choice of three beaches...North to South...Casey Key and Nokomis Beach, Venice Beach, and the undeveloped beauty of Casperson Beach at the South end of Venice.

The Bird Bay Community is beautifully landscaped and quietly wrapped between the Bird Bay Golf course and the waters of Roberts Bay. The Community is also connected to the Sarasota County's Legacy Trail a Pedestrian and Bicycle friendly paved way that allows walkers and bikers to go for miles while encountering minimal automobile traffic
