The property manager was very thoughtful by checking in with a message to see if everything was working out okay after our arrival. We really enjoyed the property —pool, pickleball courts, walking path, screened in porch to sit and enjoy our morning coffee and visit. Wouldn’t change a thing!

The unit was great - very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Millie was great to work with and we really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pickleball courts, grill, and the lake view!

Everything about this property was amazing! The beds were comfortable. The pool was right across from the place. The grounds are well maintained. We loved walking around the lake. We will definitely come back!

We loved our stay at Millie’s.We walked the path around the lake each morning, and enjoyed the pool!Our place was very clean, very comfortable and we would return again!Millie was a delight, and many people at the pool were friendly, and we felt very safe.The place was centrally located to travel to many different sights we wanted to see.Really enjoyed our stay, and meeting Millie!

This place was absolutely a blast! It was clean, well decorated, quiet, and beautiful! The neighbors were all friendly. Our kids had a great time at the swimming pool every day, two or three times a day. They went fishing in the lake, which was absolutely beautiful to look at in the morning and at night. I would highly recommend the state to anybody! We will be back again next time we were in the Phoenix area.

The stay was very nice and quiet. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed. It was located just off of Hwy 17 so we could jump on and get to where we wanted quickly.

Clean condo in a good location. Online photos show green grass outside along the lakefront, however, the grass had been replaced with tan rock and some plants. The screened-in patio was very nice. The unit is older, but it had new tile floors and newer stainless steel appliances. Overall, a nice place to stay and would consider staying again. We chose this property due to our budget and proximity to Grand Canyon University.

Second time staying in this older, quiet condo complex. Enjoyed the walking path around the pond and using the pickleball courts. Communication with manager was good with prompt responses to questions. The kitchen was really tiny and awkward, missing a fan or downdraft, no colander, but nice that S&P, spices and oil from previous renters were available. Bring your own bath soap; none provided. All in all a comfortable place to stay.
