The master bedroom has a new king bed, guest bedroom has 2 full beds, and the living room has a large sectional queen sofa sleeper and 2 new swivel rockers. The unit is freshly painted, has new linens and mattresses, and has custom blackout drapes on all of the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. New custom shower and new LVP is throughout the condo. There is an open-concept floor plan with large living room open to the dining room and kitchen.
The complex offers a large outdoor pool, outdoor grills, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball and a sand volleyball court. Nearby restaurants, shopping, 8 mile walking/bike path, fishing, golf and fun for everyone. New beachside coffee shop/cafe/bar on property! ☕️

We are a retired couple that stayed January thru March. January and February there were very few tourists. We had the area to ourselves. Weather was very pleasing even with 4 inches of snow one day. All in all it was an awesome experience.

Cozy / Comfortable Condo

I would recommend this condo to a family especially with small or teen children. We had plenty of space, facilities were very clean. Best part is we could walk across the street to breath taking beach of Destin!

The place to stay while in Florida!!!

The property and condo was amazing!!! The check in process was streamlined and stress free!!! The walk to the beach is five minutes or less!!! Restaurants are in walking distance!!! The property offers all the things pool, tennis court, sand volleyball, and basketball!!! Perfect for teenagers!!! Angie was easily available with any questions you may have! Can’t wait to come back!!!

If you are looking for a family friendly property in Destin that’s close to the beach and clean, don’t look any farther! We truly enjoyed our stay. Friendly and responsive host with easy check in/out. The black out curtains were a great bonus especially with the high temps in August. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful condo!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and spacious. It is in a beautiful location and just a few minutes walk out to the beach. It is also close to lots of restaurants within just a few minutes drive. The location was very quiet and peaceful for us. Loved how easily accessible it is to walk the area with all the sidewalks. The beach here was absolutely breathtaking and Angie, the owner, was so great to communicate with. I highly recommend this rental and we hope to go back! ❤️

Gem in Destin

We loved our stay!! The condo was very clean and well maintained. The living spaces were lovely, yet comfortable and practical. Tons of closet space to unpack and settle in. The kitchen was stocked with eveything we needed to make meals during our stay. The chairs and umbrella on the beach was a wonderful amenity!! The Enclave is a great property for families with kids because there are lots of activities: pool, tennis court, basketball court. Angie was super responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Angie for a great stay!!

Beautiful condo across from the beach

We greatly enjoyed our time down in Destin recently. The condo was just as pictured and fully furnished for cooking and staying for almost a week. We did have to work around a leaking shower but the owner was always informing us of any changes or what we needed to do about it. She was very easy to get in touch with as well. Nothing specific about the condo, but downfall for us was having 3 children under 2 trying to load everything and take across the road for the beach was exhaustive. The private access to the beach is nice BUT it’s essentially 3 flights of stairs to get down to the beach and then to get back up. So I would highly recommend not taking that much stuff to the beach if at all possible if using that access. Also, the garbage truck ran nearly every morning and early. It would stop right under the condo so if you have any light sleepers, might wake them up. But we had a WONDERFUL time and were very pleased with our first family and friends vacation!

Fun & Relaxing

My son is going into his junior year in college and my husband and I have very demanding jobs. I promised my hardworking son that I will give him a real vacation every summer that you won't feel burned out like I did while in college. I told Angie in correspondence, I feel very fortunate finding your condo for my family. I was right! They're condo is beautiful and immaculate! You're steps away from the beach which sold me, seafood restaurants, and quick bite spots were in walking distance. My husband and son went riding on jet skis and had the best time and I lived on the beach just relaxing. It was truly a wonderful vacation experience, despite the spots of rain. We truly enjoyed our time there and was sad it ended. Angie was the best by the way, only a text away if needed. I got my guys to laugh hard, frolick in the water after every wave forgetting about their cares, yes we want to come here again. Thanks Angie for giving us great memories.

Emerald paradise

This property was in a great location for everything we needed. Close to the beach, restaurants, Baytown wharf and grocery stores. Unit very clean and loved that an umbrella and 2 chairs were waiting for us at the beach every day. Nice to have 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom. Will definitely rent here again.

Great Time Good Memories

The condo was spacious for this family of six, clean, and located very close to the beach. The condo was located directly across from the elevator, which made it convenient. There are carts on the 1st floor available for groceries. The washer and dryer does cost but is reasonable and is located directly across the hall for convenience. The pool view was great and we were able to watch our preteen and teens from our balcony. The location is also near many restaurants, shops, and attractions. My family and I had a great stay and would definitely book again in the future. The host communicated well and was always pleasant and friendly. Overall great vacation!

We Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was neat and clean. The location was great. The owner communicated well. There was a sign on the door to the entrance of the build that asked guest not to come in wet. That is difficult to do when you have 3 small children and 3 other people and not many towels to dry off with. I was not aware prior to booking the place that they did not want you to come in wet. Also, we had to take dirty clothes home because there is no washer and dryer in the unit.

Clean property and attentive hosts.

Had some extra touches that were really nice. (Fan, makeup towels as examples…). Beach is really nice and enjoyed the beach chairs. Wish the washer and dryer were in unit and not coin operated.
