This property is 2 1/2 blocks from snowmobile/ORV trail #2 and trail head, mini mart with gas station, 2 bars, brewery and 1 family dining Minutes away from 3 popular downhill resorts. Visit Lake Superior for fishing and do some hiking at some of our lovely mountain ranges, the UP has endless possibilities

NO LOUD NOISES. IE Fireworks, guns, loud music, extremely loud mufflers on sleds/ORV's or cars, ect. No grill is provided and NO GRILLING on deck.

UPON LEAVING.Trash is collected and put in outside container IN TRASH BAGS, dishes are cleaned, strip all beds used and key is returned to box.

No hunting what so ever and no deer processing on the premises. No cleaning fish on property. Do NOT ride in yard, stay on drive and road until trail.

Snowmobile trip

Our group stayed for a few days of snowmobiling. House was clean with plenty of room for us and our gear. Great communication. Thank you

Snowmobile Get Away

Took a trip up snowmobiling and was a good place to stay for a few couples and enjoy a snowmobiling weekend. Only a few blocks from trail and gas station. House was roomy with great kitchen/dining area as well as bar area downstairs which was great for just hanging out after day on the trail. Driveway is a pretty good slope but we still managed to park 3 trucks w/ trailers and had ample room to get in and out w/ sleds easy enough.

Spacious yet comfy

We had a great, relaxing time. The home is very spacious yet it wasn’t hard to spend time together. The kitchen is wonderful for making meals in, as desired. The location was perfect for us - day trips all over the UP for various outdoor adventures and then relaxing at the rental in the evenings. There are also multiple hikes locally. The host had great communication and worked with us to make sure we had a great experience. We would rent again!!
