We had an amazing time! Colors in the UP were absolutely stunning! Went on a few adventures and had a nice campfire and grilled steaks over it! Place was super cute and cozy and the dogs had a blast with all the upper Michigan smells outside. Thanks for a mini vacation to remember! Great host!

Decent cabin in a small opening near the road surrounded by forest on three sides. It was a peaceful setting. There are a few points of caution: The floor joists beneath the kitchen are failing or have failed, causing a significant swale/dip in the floor. A bedroom window can’t be closed from the interior . A mouse was observed in the kitchen and propane tanks for the bbq were empty. There was a supply of firewood and comfortable chairs around the pit. The location is great for the surrounding attractions.

Great place to unplug

Well located for exploring the Western UP. Plenty to do within driving distance and it's a pleasant cabin even if you just want to unwind rather than explore

Cozy cabin, exactly as pictured. Well stocked amenities but they aren’t kidding about lack of cell reception, though we were able to get a bar here and there. We’ll be back!

Unplug and Be Cozy

A super cozy cabin conveniently located to see attractions near Powderhorn Mtn, Little Girl’s Point, and Presque Isle Park. Close to Gogoebic Lake and Porcupine Mountains and Lake of the Clouds. The owner is very responsive to your needs and rate communication excellent. We loved that we could bring our pooch as well!

Great week in the UP!

This cabin was very private, and had everything we needed for a great week with family. We were able to hit the atv trails around the area, and enjoyed coming back to the house to relax. Driveway was a little muddy as the weather was very rainy when we first arrived, but we had a truck and it wasn't a problem. Would definitely recommend to others!

This place is perfect for unplugging. It's cozy, comfortable, and well stocked for a cabin. The woods are beautiful. We had a great time. It is remote! I have Verizon and had no service. Perfect for our excursion, might be a pain if you need coordinate with anyone outside of the cabin.
