Our duplex is very spacious and has just been completely renovated to combine the charm of old and functionality! (Note that to date, the 2nd bathroom is not finished yet and not usable). The spinning balcony allows you to enjoy the sun for a drink. The double exposure makes it possible to ventilate and refresh the summer. In a quiet environment, the apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the workshop of the lights, the cemetery of the father lachaise. For children, we are also between 2 parks with games and greenery. The adjacent rue Saint Maur offers many quality restaurants and delicatessens. The surroundings of Gardette square are also rich in pleasant restaurants.
