There is a clubhouse with swimming pool and hot tubs, and unbeatable views from the living room, kitchen and deck.

Dillon Bay has a large open living space with spacious fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space and all cooking utensils, appliances and place setting. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with table seating up to 6 people, there is a counter bar in the kitchen with additional seating for 4 people, for dining up to 10 people. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room with a gas fireplace, HDTV, DVD player, and direct lake views.

The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is an en suite primary bathroom with granite counters and walk in shower. Bedroom 2 is located on the opposite side of the condo and has a 2 Full size beds. There is a bathroom in the hall right outside of Bedroom 2 with granite counters and walk in shower. The condo has a washer dryer in the unit.

The unit has a large private deck with table and seating for 4 people and stunning lake and mountain views. There is a one car garage and additional surface parking for one vehicle. Guests have access to the neighborhood private clubhouse which is just a short walk or drive from the unit. The clubhouse has a heated outdoor swimming pool, and indoor hot tub, lounge and picnic area. The condo is on the free Summit Stage bus stop directly across the highway from the condo, less than 5 minute walk.

Primary: Queen, private bathroom
2nd: 2 Fulls, bath in hall

This condominium complex is non-smoking including all outdoor areas. We do not guarantee the pool and hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance.

This home is professionally cleaned and we personally inspect each home before you check in. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for guests.
