Gîte des Claires 4*- With private pool, at the gateway to the Ile d'Oléron

At the gates of the island of Oléron and in a quiet area, discover this pleasant air-conditioned house completely renovated of 110 m2, which can accommodate 6 people.

It consists of:

 • A room of 13m2 with a bed of 160x200

 • A living room of 40 m2 with TV area (flat screen, Canal Satellite, DVD player, wifi connection)

 • An open kitchen fitted and equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge ...)

 • A bathroom with toilet, double sinks

 • A scullery with washing machine and refrigerator.

You will be seduced by its garden of 450m2, raised and shaded to rest and enjoy good times with family or friends (barbecue and garden furniture available).

You have a garage of 20m2. Possibility of parking your vehicles on the ground.

This accommodation is located in the town of Bourcefranc-le-Chapus with its shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, florist, hairdressers, supermarket, restaurants, playgrounds, etc ..) and its markets (Wednesday and Sunday morning).

On site you can visit Fort Louvois, the Moulin de la Plataine, its port with its regular shuttles to Le Château d'Oleron (possibility to cross with bicycles) and cruises around Fort Boyard and walk on its bike paths.

At about 2 kms the island of Oleron, Marennes and its basin of seawater monitored, and its sailing school, 10 kms from the beautiful beaches of the Wild Coast, 25 kms from the zoo Palmyre and Corderie Royal of Rochefort. 40 minutes from La Rochelle and its aquarium.

Option rental of linens.

Option cleaning at the end of the stay can be taken.

On ne peut pas trouver mieux!!!!La maison est équipée au delà du nécessaire. La maison est spacieuse tant pour l'intérieur que pour l'extérieur. Elle est située dans un quartier calme près d'un bois. Le village de Bourcefranc est bien situé et permet de visiter les environs facilement.

Geweldig!

Een heel fijn huis in een leuke omgeving. Goed bed, fijne douche en een keuken waarin een keukenprinses zich thuis voelt. Veel gefietst en gezien. Ligging is rustig met een zalige tuin. Een huis om naar terug te gaan!

Superbe logement au pied de l'île d'Oléron

Très agréable demeure, avec tout le matériel fonctionnel. Une très belle décoration intérieure, la literie de tout confort, cuisine parfaitement aménagée et très équipée avec tout le nécessaire adéquat. Le jardin est splendide et bien arboré, surtout avec les transats pour se reposer au soleil. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. La communication avec le propriétaire s'est très bien passé, il a été très avenant et réactif si besoin de questions. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Une location exceptionnelle super bien équipée et vaste

On ne pouvait trouver mieux pour notre séjour de deux semaine en Charente, bien située, cette location offre tout le confort, jamais nous n'avons trouvé dans une location ce degré d'équipement, de plus le propriétaire est vraiment charmant, au petit soin pour nous. Nous reviendrons souvent car nous nous y sentions comme chez nous. Merci à Nicolas pour sa très belle location, les jardins sont spacieux et très agréables. Tout est parfait.
