The property was nice and we'd stay again! However, upon arrival a lot of things needed fixing and more than half of the kitchen dishes, pots, pans, silverware were dirty and put away in cupboards dirty. We spent a lot of the 1st day fixing things or cleaning items we needed in the kitchen. Once cleaned, there were plenty of dishes, but not enough silverware. The master bedroom king mattress was very hard and old/sunken in and needs to be replaced. There were rules about not adjusting the thermostat. However, when you rent a house to stay, I'd expect that the folks paying a lot of money to stay there, are allowed to make themselves comfortable during their entire stay. (Just ask to adjust the thermostat when they leave the house for the day and set it upon Checkout to a certain temperature, like most places). The owners were easy to communicate with. There were plenty of Towels for pool and bath use, and plenty of space. The pool was a hit! The couches were comfortable for family movie night. Despite everything, we still enjoyed our stay.

That’s not acceptable, and we’ve addressed it with our cleaning team. We’re also adding more silverware. Appreciate the note on the mattress—it is on the firmer side, and we recently added a 2-inch foam topper for added comfort. We’ll continue to monitor guest feedback there. We understand your point on the thermostat and are reviewing that policy to make it more comfortable for guests. Great stay for the kids spring break

We have stayed at this property 2x and were very happy with the house. Pool was great, house was very clean, and plenty of space for our 2 kiddos to have a fun spring break. 2 min from the freeway so getting around does metro very easy, will def stay again! Bonus - the upstairs bedroom had boxes of toys which the kids loved :)

Great place to stay!

We spent our daughter’s spring break here and it had everything we needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to stores to grab anything we needed. The pool was the perfect temperature! We all enjoyed our stay.

Great place for families

This house was perfect for my out of town family to stay during my son’s graduation. We had a few issues with the AC and one of the toilets initially, but Alyssa and Brendan were awesome in taking care of everything. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a few issues staying at this property but the owner was very responsive. Hopefully will get the things updated/fixed for the next guests. Since it’s so hot here in the summer the home may not have been rented for a while but we found it dusty and in need of a cleaning when we moved in. Again the host was responsive and professional however we just didn’t have a good stay.

William, We are saddened to hear that you were expecting a heated pool for your stay and are extremely sorry for the confusion on this matter. As we discussed, when you booked the property, we were not advertised as having a heated pool and did not even have a pool heater on the property. We received an opportunity to purchase the heater the week of your arrival which is why we reached out to you prior to your stay to see if it would be ok to have the heater electric hooked up on the first day of your stay. The pool heater is for future bookings and we began advertising this as such on VRBO that very week. We were very surprised that you were expecting a heated pool as we did not have any of this verbiage in the listing prior to your stay, and no mention of a heated pool at the time of your booking. The pool plumbing has since been installed and the heater is running now and we look forward to you giving us another chance. Again, we are sorry for the confusion and would love to host you again in the future.

Wonderful place for family time

This was a perfect property for us as our extended family gathered in Phoenix for our holiday celebration. The property owners were very responsive and the property was perfect for all ages. The younger kids loved the pool, the older kids took full advantage of the dinning/game table. There were lots of places inside and out for people to gather and relax. I highly recommend this location and would book this again.

Great house...nicely furnished and well stocked kitchen, Quiet neighborhood .Everything was as pictured and described. Owner was responsive to a pool issue which was resolved quickly. Short drive to food stores. Welcome bottle of wine from Kurt and Michelle was a nice touch. Would stay here again .
