Very comfortable beds, smooth check in and check out process. This is a lower level unit, you can hear everything going on above you. The renters above us came in late and it was disturbing to say the least. Single bathroom with plumbing issues, host was responsive but didn’t fix it during our stay.

a group of guys show up to store their luggage an hour before check-out which was uncomfortable as check-out felt rushed. property was clean and well-maintained otherwise. beds were comfortable and lots of pillows, blankets, etc… to accommodate everyone. coffee was available and delicious. so close to so many great places to eat and the bay & the beach are so close and convenient. we recommend la perlita!

The location was perfect and very walkable. We didn’t have any trouble finding the place. Found the couch a little uncomfy and dirty probably from lots of use but the beds were great. We fell asleep very quickly each night. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and nice. We found the laundry time constraint a bit odd but were able to do some in the morning before heading out for our day. Overall we had a great stay.
