Typical house in the very bright pond with a beautiful, fenced garden of 800 square meters. Nice exhibition. Close to shops and shopping centers. Located in one of the most beautiful areas of Lège Bourg. Parking for several cars. Beautiful terrace of 135 m2 going around the house. Good neighborhood without direct opposite. Quiet with forest nearby. Proximity to the beaches (Grand Crohot at 5km and naturist beach La Jenny at 10 km). No risk of traffic jams in summer. One of the strong points of the rental, the cycle path located in front of the house which serves among others the Cap-Ferret, Ares, Andernos les Bains, the Porge etc ...
The salt marshes of Ares offer a great discovery.
A beautiful wilderness area with breathtaking landscapes and sunsets.

Ruhiger und entspannter Urlaub

Ruhige und geräumige Unterkunft. Schöne Terrasse auf der Sonnenseite. 2 Fahrräder für Erwachsene. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Der kürzeste Weg zum Strand sind 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Parken direkt vor der Haustür möglich. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und gibt viele Infos zur Umgebung. Anreise und Abreise verlief problemlos.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances. La maison est très charmante, la pièce de vie et la terrasse sont très agréables. La propriétaire a été très arrangeante et très disponible pour nous donner toutes les informations nécessaires à notre séjour. Deux vélos adultes sont disponibles également sur place donc c'était parfait pour faire des balades avec ceux des enfants que nous avions apportés. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
