Great apartment close to everything

Eine sehr schöne, kleine Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber alle Dinge, die man benötigt. Die fensterlosen SchlafrĂ€ume sind durch eine gute, nicht hörbare LĂŒftung, immer gut klimatisiert.Die ruhige Umgebung der Wohnung und die NĂ€he zum Becken machen den Aufenthalt perfekt.

Appartement idéalement situé prÚs du bassin

Appartement trÚs calme, propre et bien équipé. Le patio est trÚs agréable et l'ensemble est bien décoré, style bassin. Aucun problÚme pour stationner devant la location. La proximité avec le bassin est un "plus" (nous avons pu transporter notre paddle à pied).

Hier meine von Ihnen gewĂŒnschte Beurteilung meines Ferienaufenthaltes LĂšge-Cap-Ferret Sa., Aug. 24 Sa., Sep. 7 Objekt Nr. : Objekt-Nr. 6939160 / Les villas du Mimbeau ; Mme Pasquale Seit 1974, unseren ersten Ferien in Cap Ferret, haben wir viele verschiedene FerienhĂ€user bzw. Appartements kennen gelernt. Die Wohnung Turitelle bei den Villas du Mimbeau ist bisher die beste: – Die Lage unmittelbar am Bassin im Zentrum des traditionellen Fischer- und Austernzuchtviertels mit dem Charme seiner typischen Restaurants und Degustationsmöglichkeiten; alles fußlĂ€ufig und von erschwinglich bis höherpreisig. – VielfĂ€ltige Bademöglichkeiten sowohl direkt im Bassin (weitgehend unabhĂ€ngig von Gezeiten und ungefĂ€hrlich) als auch am weitlĂ€ufigen breiten (teilweise ĂŒberwachten) Sandstrand des Ozeans. – Die Herzlichkeit der Vermieterin, Mme Pasquale, die uns gleich mit einer Auswahl an regionalen Weinen empfing und, da im selben Komplex wohnend, wenn gewĂŒnscht, mit Rat und prompter Hilfe bei der Hand ist. – Die absoute Sauberkeit von Wohnung und großer, ansprechend möblierter Terrasse; der sehr geschickte Zuschnitt der RĂ€ume mit der Trennung von Toilette und gut funktonierender Dusche wie insgesamt die sehr gut durchdachten Elektroinstallationen. – Die moderne KĂŒche (u. a. Induktionsherd) lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen, verlockt vielmehr zur Verarbeitug der auf dem reichhaltig bestĂŒckten Markt angebotenen Produkte – und essen kann man bei jeder Witterung auf der bei Bedarf gut abgeschirmten Terrasse. Magnifique appartement trÚs bien situé

Nous avons passĂ© une magnifique semaine en famille dans l’appartement la Turitelle. L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, proche du centre, du marchĂ© et des plages. Nous avons tout fait Ă  vĂ©lo. Par ailleurs, nous avons trouvĂ© l’appartement vraiment confortable, grĂące Ă  de nombreux petits dĂ©tails que l’on retrouve rarement dans les locations de vacances (multiples crochets et rangements pour les vĂȘtements, cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, etc.). En bref, nous recommandons chaleureusement ce logement aux espaces trĂšs bien pensĂ©s (la terrasse est Ă©galement vraiment agrĂ©able) et remercions Marie pour son accueil. Nous reviendrons!

es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub im Sept. 2017

"Das Herz der Fischer" ist eine sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtete und gut aufgeteilte Wohnung in einer schönen Lage von Cap Ferret. Es finden sich viele Annehmlichkeiten in der Wohnungen, selbst ein PĂŒrierstab ist vorhanden. Die Organisation ist perfekt, es war alles picobello sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist toll, man kann sowohl in wenigen Minuten die BadestrĂ€nde am Bassin oder am Atlantik, wie auch den schönen Ort mit kleinen GeschĂ€ften und guten Restaurants erreichen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Séjour trÚs agréable au coeur du Cap Ferret

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 1 semaine dans cette jolie petite location trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e. Nous Ă©tions en famille, un couple avec un enfant. Nous avions 2 chambres sĂ©parĂ©es, avec une jolie dĂ©coration et de bons matelas. Un joli salon-cuisine avec une Ă©quipement quasi neuf. Et aussi une grande terrasse avec un petit salon et une table pour y dĂ©jeuner. Une plancha Ă  gaz Ă©tait Ă  notre disposition. Enfin, il est possible d'y stocker des vĂ©los. Car louer des vĂ©los est trĂšs pratique au Cap Ferret, cela permet d'aller partout. L'appartement est situĂ© dans le quartier des pĂȘcheurs ce qui permettait de faire l'essentiel Ă  pied. TrĂšs belle adresse Ă  recommander !
