Located on the park side of Rosemary near the fitness center and tennis courts, this is the perfect location for a couple or a small family. Nestled above the garage (stairs leading to the unit), this property is all one level with a private balcony and a private entrance making it one of a kind.

**This property requires a 4 night minimum stay during spring break and summer and a 2 night minimum stay during shoulder season.

Great mother/Daughter getaway

Great place but bathroom needs hooks, towel bars….somewhere to put towels. Very small so would not have more than two people. Nice & Clean!
