Dot's Beach Retreat is in the heart of Rosemary Beach overlooking North Barret Square. This means you are a short walk to pools, shopping, dining and the amazing emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

When you enter you will notice new LVP flooring and fresh paint throughout. Designed with comfort in mind, the main living area is an open space with plenty of seating. From there, you will find a balcony which faces the green on Barrett square and is perfect for your morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen boasts new quartz countertops, back splash and appliances. The new range offers convection and air fry cooking.

The master bedroom is ideal with a king-sized bed, a spacious ensuite bath and plenty of storage. A brand new 43" smart TV has also been installed. The guest bedroom comes complete with a queen bed, flat screen TV and access to the second bath. Both bathrooms have been updated with new quartz countertops, new vanity lighting and whisper quiet exhaust fans.

Great condo in a great location

Dots beach retreat was a great place to stay. My wife and daughter and I enjoyed it a great deal the location was perfect. The layout of the condo with a tackler! I just wish.got more of what it cost us to pay. They were all kinds of management fees check in fees registration fees and cleaning fee. Whoever is responsible for cleaning the ground in the building should spend more of that money on cleanliness.

Mold

As soon as you walk in the door the smell of mold hits you in the face. The air vents, showers, sink, backsplash, and more is covered in mold. We left the trip early due to the fact that we couldn't handle the smell, headaches, and dampness of this place. Our clothes, pillows, and food were damp and gross after staying here. If you are sensitive to mold or do not like being around mold, do not stay here. Other than that, the location of the condo is great and the check in process was easy.

Rosemary never disappoints!

Great location! Short walk to beach, food, and shopping. (If you need a soft bed, this room is not for you.)
