Newly constructed with superior amenities that include a custom oversized navy bottom indoor heated to 80 degrees salt water pool, sauna, hot tub, game room, theater room with a 75” flat screen TV, dual see-through fireplace in the master, dual see-thru fireplace with beautiful wood mantel with stone hearth, spacious baths, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops all within convenient access to Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. This spacious home sleeps up to 12 guests. With three levels to spread out, you will enjoy the beautiful decor. The main living room area has a 70" flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master suite is on the main level and awaits you with a full bath, a private potty, a bedside Jacuzzi with a see-through fireplace, and a 50" flat screen TV/DVD. The upper level has two king-size bedrooms with a flat-screen TV/DVD and en-suite bathrooms. The loft overlooking the great room has a pool table and games to keep you entertained for hours. There is a pool table, air hockey table, and multi-cade. The lower level has a bedroom with a king bed, a flat-screen TV/DVD, and a full en-suite bathroom. The theater is also on the lower level and sports a 75” flat-screen TV and DVD player with a collection of DVDs. Don’t forget about the indoor heated saltwater pool (Temperature set at 82 Degrees). There are spacious decks to enjoy grilling out, a soak in the hot tub, and some quiet time in the sauna. Also, so you don't have to miss the game while you grill or soak in the hot tub, there are 50" TVs on the main and lower level deck areas. You will not be disappointed with this four-bedroom, 4 ½ bath luxury home.

Nice house, Great location

The house is really nice and clean. We were a little disappointed in the washer machine. I specifically wanted a place with a washer and dryer because we were traveling with young kids. However, the washer machine had a lot of issues and we had to restart it multiple times to get it to drain and spin. Also, the pool heater went off a couple of times and the water temperature became very cold. We did get quick responses when we reached out about our issues. Everything else at the house was wonderful. Location was great, the neighborhood was nice and we overall enjoyed our stay. My kids loved the media room.

Better luck next time

The home was as described in the listing and clean. We chose this property was because of the indoor pool which was supposed to be 79 degrees. It was 69 degrees. We called for a maintenance issue and the receptionist indicated to us they would notify someone to come look at it. Two more calls and still no-one showed up.

There was no water for the day (mainline broke?) it wasn’t what we wanted for our vacation but Patrick kept us informed with the situation and went out of his way to contact us with any updates

House was nice BUT hot tub did not work

House was nice and roomy , hot tub did not work , wash machine did not work , dishwasher did not work as well. I notified property manager all that was done was “ work order “ was put in . It never got fixed ! We rented this house to have hot tub and washing machine, as we had 12 people staying . Very disappointed . For the amount of money we paid all of this should have been in working order . Will not recommend .
