Awesome place!

We stayed 2 nights with 6 adults and 2 kids under 5. The listing was exactly as described, and the host was incredibly easy to contact and very helpful. We hope to return!

Perfect Family Get Away

Beautiful property. Was perfect for the whole family. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We also were able to watch our favorite Salem, Indiana racers in the theater room. The community pool was clean and peaceful. The whole area felt very safe. We got immediate attention when their was an issue with the pool door key. Thank you for a great stay!!

Blue Lagoon Cinema

Really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The check-in process was very smooth. The management company was attentive and solid communication was provided prior to arrival and while we were there. Our group loved having the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Of note—there were no pool towels available in the house when we checked in. We asked for additional towels to be delivered and they were brought to us with no issues. But something to keep in mind upon arrival. Also loved the location of this cabin. Close drive to downtown Gatlinburg, but able to avoid the spring break crowds. I would definitely book this cabin again and recommend to others.

Gatlinburg stay

The cabin was exactly as expected. Very clean, plenty of room. The pool was amazing, once we got the hang of the pool Alarm. The only thing is cabin is live streaming and therefore had no options for local news or weather. I didn’t recieve the code to get in to the cabin so I had to call and received them promptly. I would rent this cabin again. We all had a wonderful time.

False representation

Very upset with what we found, the pool room pictured is NOT the pool room we found!! The paint is all chipping off the floor. The steps into the pool are not made for adults!! There is nothing outback!! There was garbage, large cob webs, dirt, mold, fungus around the hot tub. There was a large whole in the concrete by the steps to get on the pool! The furniture is Not what was pictured. Never again will I stay at a Eden Crest property.

Nice stay

Everything was good . Not too far from things. The only thing I can really complain about is the cabin sleeps 12 and we only were left 2 roles of paper towels and no extra tissue . We left a very expensive camera and they were nice enough to send housekeeping back up to get it and hold it at the office until we made it back to get it.

Wonderful cabin for a great getaway

The cabin was perfect for our fall break trip! The indoor pool was amazing (definitely big enough). The area was great and made it easy to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! There were a ton of bears but they kept to themselves so it was amazing to see them from the saftry of the house!!!! Would definitely stay again!

Great property for a family

This is a great property that easily accommodated 10 of us. Each of us, ranging from 4 to 45, enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, pool table, and arcade games. The grown ups enjoyed the bbq grill outside, large kitchen and dining area, hot tub, and sauna. We had an issue with one of the beds but was taken care by the property manager on time. We will recommend this property for sure!

Nice house, Great location

The house is really nice and clean. We were a little disappointed in the washer machine. I specifically wanted a place with a washer and dryer because we were traveling with young kids. However, the washer machine had a lot of issues and we had to restart it multiple times to get it to drain and spin. Also, the pool heater went off a couple of times and the water temperature became very cold. We did get quick responses when we reached out about our issues. Everything else at the house was wonderful. Location was great, the neighborhood was nice and we overall enjoyed our stay. My kids loved the media room.

Better luck next time

The home was as described in the listing and clean. We chose this property was because of the indoor pool which was supposed to be 79 degrees. It was 69 degrees. We called for a maintenance issue and the receptionist indicated to us they would notify someone to come look at it. Two more calls and still no-one showed up.

House was nice BUT hot tub did not work

House was nice and roomy , hot tub did not work , wash machine did not work , dishwasher did not work as well. I notified property manager all that was done was “ work order “ was put in . It never got fixed ! We rented this house to have hot tub and washing machine, as we had 12 people staying . Very disappointed . For the amount of money we paid all of this should have been in working order . Will not recommend .

Very good stay

We had an excellent weekend staying here. The house was roomy and clean. We were minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and the Rocky Top Sports complex. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Cabin for Families!

This was such a great property for our trip to Gatlinburg! We were close enough to town to easily get to all of the attractions, but we were also far enough away (with all the amenities you could want!) to enjoy the time together in our own space! The pool was so awesome for the kids, the jacuzzi was great for the adults, and each of the rooms had their own bathrooms, TVs, and that made it VERY easy to settle in. We were able to make our own meals at the cabin and also order in if we wanted. My only minor frustration the whole stay was the quirky washer/dryer, but that wasn’t a big enough deal for me to worry too much about. We enjoyed the theater room, pool table, video games and all of the space on the decks! HIGHLY recommend this cabin!!!!

Great weekend getaway with family

Great location, equipped with everything you could need. Wifi was somewhat spotty and cell service was spotty. Overall it we enjoyed making memories there that can last a lifetime with family.

No cell service wifi very poor. It wouldn't even run a laptop on the Internet. The listing was a picture of a completely different pool area, and the blue prints are wrong. At the time of our arrival there were many broken things inside and outside of chalet.

TLC Needed!

Overall a nice cabin. I did read the reviews a month before arriving and emailed my concerns giving ample enough time to address the issues. I would like to grade an "A" for addressing my needs when I called Customer services. But my overall grade is a "D" for the amount of money I paid to stay at this cabin. There was a note on the washer machine letting us know it was broken. But someone should have made sure we had extra towels and washcloths for the amount of days we were staying for each person. We use the same towel twice and I had to call for more towels and wash clothes for the remainder vacation. Please note: We did come prepared and brought our laundry detergent and dryer sheets. We were not notified the washer was broken. As mentioned earlier, previous reviews has mentioned my same issues. The cabin needs some tender love and care, repairs, and touchup paint in the kitchen for sure! The cost to stay at this cabin and the minor repairs could have been fixed just with my fees alone with plenty of money left over. Towel racks are just hanging by a thread in all bathrooms. We could not use the towel racks they kept falling off in three bathrooms. (simple little puddy) In the master bedroom the main facet falls off. If cleaned properly, you can not tell me the cleaning service did not notice this. (possibly as simple as tightening a screw) When cleaning and checking the cabin don't forget to replace batteries for all the TV's. We had to call customer service for batteries for all the T.V.'s. All the T.V.'s said, low batteries and did not work properly. Alexia is false advertising take it out - very poor wifi reception goes in and out couldn't use it at all. (mentioned in previous reviews) On the back porch one of the rockers is on it's last leg and very loose. After the first sitting we put it in the corner so no one would get hurt and never used it. Again, overall it was a nice cabin, but if you continue to not fix these small minor issues no one will come back and stay at this cabin. Again, Customer service answered my calls promptly except the trash service. First day was great, we called everyday. Sunday, I was told they would come they never showed up. This is why there was tons of trash in the proper location, but we were not able to fit and lock up the trash bend. Neighbors next doors as well. The bends are too small to follow the necessary rules in place if someone doesn't pick up daily. Hope this helps!
