A Short Winter Stay at White Pine Camp

My husband and I spent two days at this wonderful place on Osgood Pond. We had visited in the past, but this was the first time we stayed at historic White Pine Camp. Our brand new unit was cozy in true Adirondack camp style and had everything we needed. We spent a great afternoon skiing at the VIC and enjoyed exploring the grounds of the camp in the snow. Wish we could have stayed longer! I would have liked to have had better wifi access in our unit. The VRBO listing is a bit misleading because it lists wifi as an amenity, but it was only really reliable in the nearby main building. I understand the White Pine Camp philosophy on this matter, however we were negotiating a real estate transaction and it was tricky. We managed, however, and totally enjoyed our visit.
