Exceptional place, view is top! There is a great market 1 minute drive which has fine meat, and basic vegetables. I don’t recommend any other meat shop in javea over them! The stay was fantastic and my wife and I travel 5* 300+ days a year and we feel this is “just” right. Clean, comfortable, nice, but not a museum- all you could want from a holiday villa.

Kleines Schloss mit tollem Ausblick

Süßes Häuschen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Wir sind im Oktober kaum jemandem begegnet. Die Spannung war groß bei Ankunft auf unser Domizil für 9 Nächte. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, die Einfahrt mit dem elektrischen Tor war schon mal nicht schlecht. Die Haus hat eine gute Aufteilung, 2 Schlafzimmer unten, eins im Obergeschoss. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Poolhandtücher sind auch vorhanden. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, daneben Platz für Sonnenliegen, es gibt eine Außenküche mit Grill und eine Außendusche. Vom Pool aus gesehen sieht die Casa wie ein kleines Schloss aus, wirklich schön! Der Oberknaller ist aber der Ausblick von den beiden oberen Terrassen auf das Meer. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge haben wir uns nicht entgehen lassen. Die Bäder brauchen tatsächlich mal eine Renovierung und das Fliegennetz im Obergeschoss sollte ausgetauscht/ repariert werden. Für uns waren die Matratzen in den unteren Schlafzimmern viel zu hart. Im oberen “Masterbedroom” waren sie gut. Aber im Großen und ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Casa Resa empfehlen. Die Abwicklung mit Aguila Rent war super!

Schöne Villa, der Ausblick ist traumhaft schön. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub in einer schönen Umgebung verbringen möchte, ist hier am richtigen Platz. Die Duschen und Badarmaturen sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und sehen daher nicht recht gepflegt aus, funktionieren aber ganz normal. Der Garten ist schön und bietet mehrere Terrassen zum Sitzen und Liegen.

Perfecte villa, netjes en verzorgd. Heerlijke tuin met zwembad met veel privacy. Zandstrand op 15 minuten met auto. Kiezelstrand in de buurt, maar moeilijk te bereiken ivm rotsachtige omgeving en stijle wegen. Wel adembenemend mooi! Zeker een aanrader!

Die Casa Resa ist einfach traumhaft. Von ...

Die Casa Resa ist einfach traumhaft. Von beiden Terassen hat man einen wunderbaren Meerblick. Javea ist mit dem Auto in knapp 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen näher und bieten alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Der Pool ist mehr wie ausreichend. Das Schlafzimmer oben hat ein separates Badezimmer und ist sehr schön. Das Wohnzimmer ist urgemütlich. Die Terassen um den Pool laden zum sonnen ein. Wem das nicht reicht zieht sich auf die beiden oberen Sonnenterassen zurück. Die Urbanisation ist sehr ruhig, man genießt die Privatsphäre. Da man recht hoch liegt, ist der Poolbereich uneinsehbar. Die Wäsche trocknet man auf mehreren Leinen die hinter der Hofmauer gespannt sind. Man kann die Casa Resa nur weiter empfehlen.
