Vacances de ski en famille

A notre arrivée nous avons trouvé l'appartement et le couloir juste à l'extérieur de la location assez sale, couverts de poils de chien. le canapé lit était également sale, avec encore des poils et des miettes sur le matelas. L'equipe à l'accueil avait tout de suite réagi et les problèmes étaient réglés en 10 minutes. J'ai appris que en ce moment, covid oblige, que les effectifs sont réduits, donc j'ai apprécié que malgré les difficultés, que l'équipe à l'accueil, ainsi que la femme de ménage et les 2 agents de maintenance avec qui j'ai eu recours à appeler étaient tous très gentils et efficace malgré la situation actuelle. L'établissement est bien situé, sur une piste bleu. Un peu à l'extérieur du centre, mais l'arrêt de bus est situé devant la porte d'entrée. Il y a également le magasin de location de ski au RDC. Attention par contre: le garage n'a pas beaucoup d'hauteur donc une voiture monospace + coffre du toit ne passe pas forcément, donc à éviter avec un SUV. Pour ce qui est d'équipement. La cuisine est équipée raisonnablement bien. Les utensils méritent d'être renouveler. Par contre il y a assez de vaisselle et assez de placards pour ranger la nourriture. Les lits sont durs, mais les oreillers sont pas très epais et pas très confortable. En résumé, on a passé un agréable séjour dans une résidence confortable et bien située.
