This wonderful second-floor condo is the best of both worlds as its located in a quiet and secluded building that includes a large swimming pool in a fenced yard and yet is only about a block away from the ocean. This beach getaway features an open concept layout that combines the kitchen, living area, and dining room for more togetherness.


WHAT’S NEARBY
You will have the luxury of not needing to go far to enjoy the beach! You will also only be a short drive to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk which has plenty of great shops and restaurants. Broadway at the Beach is a short five mile-drive away, as are Pirates Voyage, The Carolina Opry, Topgolf, and much more! Myrtle Waves Water Park is perfect family-friend fun with several waterslides, kid's play areas, and more!

This was a great location for our stay for our son's baseball trip to Ripken. Easy walk to the beach and nice and quiet area. The condo was nicely decorated with a great open concept.

We enjoyed our stay place was clean and not far from the beach.

We enjoyed our stay only issues were sliding glass door very hard to open, no dish cloth or pot holders could use a few more pans and silverware.

The condo is in a great location. There is a lot to do in the area, some restaurants in walking distance, and the beach is a very close walk. The pool was nice for the kids. I think they could add or replace some kitchen items for people who prefer to not eat out every meal. We were never able to get WiFi to work and there was no cable. We were able to get only one tv out of three to work. Overall the location made it worthwhile.

A Great Stay A Good Value 1 Great Family Trip

Our family of four had an excellent stay! This unit is roomy with enough space for both adults and teens. It is one of the cleaner vacation rentals we have encountered during the last few years. The off-street parking is great. The location is perfect for visiting the beach or local shops and restaurants. The unit has a homey feel if looking to just relax. The washer / dryer is a plus, although we had some struggles initially with the washer. The lid lock sensor is a bit finicky, but we were able to work it out. Both check in and check out were a breeze.
