About this property

If you want Beach serenity than this home is for you.
It's a three story beauty. The kitchen, dining and family room with a 80" curved Smart TV and sectional sofa seating on the ground level along with the over-sized patio with extra large sectional surrounding a gas fire pit, eating table for 8 and built in gas bbq.
The stairs lead you to a 2nd floor master bedroom and there are two more bedrooms on the 2nd floor both with private bathrooms. The balcony off the 2nd floors common area has exceptional 180 degree views or the beach and jetty.
Laundry room with full size washer and dryer and iron and ironing board is also located on the 2nd floor.
Another set of stairs lead you to the master retreat with private office space for two. A massive bath with double sinks & shower, his and hers closets. The bedroom has gorgeous views from the bed or extra large balcony with seating for 5 or more. Views go on forever. All the bedroom have 50" Smart TV's and Tempur Pedic mattresses.
Two car over-sized garage, outdoor shower and easy parking nearby for daily guests. Sorry Beach Towels are not included.

Fantastic by beach

House is amazing, beyond description!!! As to be expected with having neighbors nearby, public beach adjacent and in flight path, the sound level is variable and unpredictable… Check in was awful (and they are working on improving it) in that the directions with how to get in were attached to the message IIII sent- just inconvenient…. Overall, FANTASTIC time here!!!!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We were looking for a beach vacation and this house fit the bill for us. There was seven adults and two kids in our group. The house is just as described, beds, baths, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, lots of great sitting areas inside and out and garage parking. Coffee shops, restaurants, small markets all within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Home on the Beach

The house is very nice and right on the beach, but it has maintenance issues and is in the departing flight path for the commercial airliners taking off from San Diego. Airport. The door knob to the patio falls off every time you open or close the door, five of the windows won’t open, three of the window shades are broken, no cold water in one of the bathrooms, and they don’t supply enough towels for more than two days so if you plan to stay longer be ready to do laundry. As for the noise level, it’s nearly impossible to have a conversation between 6:30 am and 11:30 pm with people sitting inside or outside without taking a pause every few minutes to let the planes fly over. I was told they call it the “Mission Beach Pause”. So it’s a really great house that could be much better with some minor maintenance and an advisory about the noise.

Perfect House with Beach/Ocean at your feet

The house is fabulous - the area is perfect. The fact each room has a bathroom really allows the guests to have some privacy. Hope I can stay again next year!
