This brand new home has everything that you could possibly need for an awesome Nashville stay! It’s a spacious four bedroom home, offering privacy, gorgeous skyline views, designer finishes throughout, and plenty of space to relax and unwind in the heart of Music City. Whether it’s having a glass of wine on the roof while soaking up the Downtown Skyline, or needing a convenient place to crash after checking out all of the Broadway festivities, this house has you covered. This inviting oasis is less than a mile from the Gulch and Music Row as well as just over 1 mile to Broadway and 12 South! You can be anywhere in Nashville in under 10 minutes!

The Layout:
This home has four stories. The ground floor has a two car garage as well as one bedroom with a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second floor has a large designer finished living room along with an oversized bedroom including two twin trundle beds (4 twin beds in all) equip with a vanity area and en suite bathroom. The third floor encompasses two large bedrooms. First bedroom offers a queen size bed, large flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has stellar views overlooking downtown Nashville, and offers two queen beds, a large flat screen TV, a twin day bed. The en suite bathroom has dual sinks and large individual shower and bathtub! The rooftop deck is located on the fourth floor and includes ample seating along with a custom built grill/sink combo overlooking the Nashville skyline.

Parking: You can park two cars in the garage plus there are many street parking spots available, if needed.

Visiting Nashville with a large group and this house has plenty of space for all 10 of us, it never felt too small. Appreciate the comfortable beds and the rooftop deck was a great place to chill and enjoy the view. Host was always reachable and accommodating!

Wonderful trip

Here with extended family to celebrate my daughters 21st. The home was absolutely beautiful. Great views from rooftop. We had a fantastic time. 6 min uber to Broadway and publix 5 minutes away. Lincoln extremely nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.
