Excellent villa for holidays or long term rentals. Very well located, with access to 2 condominium pools, 3 double rooms and fully equipped. A small room with a divan bed. Easy access to the beach, via train or bicycles that can be rented very close to the house. Great proximity to golf courses.
Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, air conditioning and TV in the double bedrooms and living room. Outdoor space for meals and barbecue. Baby bed and chair. Pets are allowed.

Quiet location

The property is in an excellent location. However the property does need some TLC and could do with some external maintenance. Apart from that it was plenty big enough for 6 adults and a small child
