Deb's Beach Condos - This Panama City Beach gulf front ground floor 2 bedroom condo is perfect! Regency Towers 119! Fully updated, well equipped kitchen and beautiful views from your screened patio!
No carts or elevators needed! Unload car near front door. Walk from the screened in patio to the pool or beach - or sit on the swing and enjoy the view. Wireless internet, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen and luxury linens are are included with your stay. All you need is to bring yourself, swim suits, beach towels and you are set. This complex does not allow guests to have pets.
*** REGENCY TOWERS GUESTS -- there will be concrete work on the walkways (Street side only) October 6 2025 thru mid March 2026. The current schedule has the work on the area of this condo by end of December. They will be starting on the 14th floor and working their way down. This will entail loud noise at times and dusty conditions. Work will be Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm; occasionally weekends if work requires it. You will still enjoy stunning Gulf views, full enjoyment of the beaches, pools, grills and all amenities. We apologize for this inconvenience as we work to maintain our property to the highest structural standards. Please call Debby to discuss if you have any questions.***
No Smoking of any kind allowed in the condo or on the screened patio. Designated smoking areas steps away.

We have other beach condos and a 3 bedroom home - Regency 323, 3 BR ; Coral Reef 1305, large luxury 2 BR condo; and Deb's Grand Lagoon House, 3 BR 2 Bath Ranch style home. Great options if you have multiple families traveling together. All are located within 1/2 mile of each other on Thomas Drive.
Renovated with a Beautiful custom made master headboard, beautiful crystal chandeliers, high thread count linens, dishes, fresh paint, tiled walk-in shower, beautiful ship lap in the living room, new sliding glass doors & windows, beautiful leather recliner and reclining sofa, and new tile and furniture on the patio. Hotel style safe for valuables.
This condo features ceramic tile throughout and a keypad lock for entry. No keys or cards to keep track of. Patio is screened in and you can walk right out into the pool area for easiest access, or just a few steps to the charcoal grills.
The oceanfront Master bedroom has a private bath w/walk in shower and a sliding glass door for direct access to the patio. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds and is steps away from the second bathroom. We've added an alcove in the living room with a day bed that can be used as two twin beds or one king! The dining table sits six and there is additional seating at the breakfast bar. We provide a few books and games for guests to enjoy.
We provide all your linens, dishes and cookware, liquid hand soap at each sink, starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. You will need personal bath soap, shampoo and conditioner and additional paper products for longer stays. Eight bath towels/wash cloths are provided. A full size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. There is no daily maid service.
Summer Activities: Sundays / Thursdays ~~ Karaoke 7-10 pm (Subject to change per HOA)
Monday ~~ Kid's Movie Night 7-9 pm
Wednesday ~~ Ice Cream Social 1:30 pm
From Memorial Day to mid August Regency has great activities; for kids, a blow up slide on Wednesdays and movies on the lawn on on Mondays. For adults, bingo on Tuesdays, and Karaoke two nights. These seasonal activities are subject to change.
HOUSE RULES:
HOA does NOT allow pets
Regency Towers Registration fees due on arrival - $40 fee includes wrist bands per reservation, one parking pass; $15 for one additional parking pass (total of 2)
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the condo or on the patio.
We do not rent to groups of single adults under 25 (all must be over 25); young families are welcome!
Respect the neighbors - quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am
Max occupency 8; No more than 4 adults. Groups of single adults--- all must be over 25 and provide copies of driver's license.
Parking: Up to 2 vehicles; during busy season one may have to park in overflow lot. Fee for 2nd parking pass.
Security Deposit is a $500 Hold / Authorization on credit card (includes VRBO/ AirBnB guests)
Guest must sign owner's rental contract within 24 hours of requested booking and email a copy of their driver's license or booking will be cancelled. This includes VRBO and AirBNB guests/bookings.
Cancellation Policy: $500 cancellation fee if 45 days (90 days for monthly rentals) or more before arrival; No refund if less than 45 days prior to arrival.
Rates vary with dates - peak Summer is higher than Winter rates. If you are flexible, call me to discuss options for best rates. WRIST BANDS MUST BE WORN BY ALL GUESTS OVER 10 YEARS OF AGE AND MUST BE VISIBLE WHILE ON THE PROPERTY. Security will stop and ask to see them if they are not visible. This is for everyone's safety and security. Guests visiting you and using the facilities pay $10/day per person for a wristband.
