Also offers: WIFI, numerous smart TVs w/ Roku for streaming, CAC, W/D & DW. Condo is on 2nd and 3rd floor in the heart of vibrant Dewey Beach. NO Smoking Please. Guests pay cleaning fee of $360.00 for every stay. Guests pay a fee of $200 for sheets and towels. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Like the location, don't like the parking, tight for large vehicles. The floors dirty and fans dusty. The appliances need update, refrigerator door shelves and oven handle kept falling off. Will really have to consider coming back next year.

We were two families there for a week with 6 kids under the age of 7, naps and bedtime were difficult with the surrounding noise. Besides the sleep issue with young kids we highly recommend this property! It was clean, updated and comfortable for a large group ...also close to everything Dewey has to offer!
