-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- Please put all used bath towels on the floor of the bathrooms.
- Please place used beach towels in the washer and turn it on.
-Please clean the grill if you have used it.
-Please empty refrigerator of your items and dispose of trash properly in the bins outside.
-Please strip the used beds and put used sheets/pillow cases on the floor. Leave comforters on the beds.
-Lock yoga room and beach bum storage closet.
-Return keys to inside hook by front door. Lock front door keypad.
-Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
