We enjoyed our stay! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. The photos do not do the house justice. We had everything we needed. Craig welcomed us when we arrived and gave us great recommendations for food, entertainment etc.. Great accommodations at a reasonable price!

Great house great location. If you are traveling with a group or large family this house is perfect. Just a short walk to all the main attractions of Dewey and a quick walk to the beach. I would recommend without any hesitation.

Fantastic Stay-Perfect for Multiple Families!We had an incredible stay at this house and will definitely be returning! It was the perfect setup for multiple families, with plenty of room for everyone. The house itself was extremely comfortable, and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the wonderful porches. The kitchen was a huge plus, fully stocked with all the cooking pans and gear we needed to feed a big group. We also loved the outdoor showers, which were fantastic after a day in the sun. The location couldn't be better: an easy walk to both the beach and local restaurants. Highly recommend!

This home turned to be great for our family 3 day beach weekend. The living room/kitchen area met our gathering needs. The balcony at the living area provided additional space for us to hang out. The long 1 1/2 block walk to the beach was great for the “young” folks. They eagerly went to the beach 5 times.The three separate hallway sleeping areas each with their own bathroom was perfect for our 3 family units. It is nice that the sleeping areas are away from the living areas.Craig our host was so welcoming. We would definitely rent this home again.

Highly recommend this property for 3 reasons: 1) proximity to beach, sites, and facility accommodation tailored for multiple families with private areas. Pet friendly as well. Importantly, the property owner is very professional, engaged, and responsive.

Celebrate End of School

This site was a perfect place to get away and enjoy the beauty, amenities, and lifestyle of Dewey, Delaware. The property owner/manager was friendly, available, and hospitable. We love our annual Dewey trips, and this new location did not disappoint. Plenty of spaces in this rental to enjoy some alone time while coming back together to enjoy family time. All of this and within a brief walk to the beach, nightlife, and fun hot spots.

Great spot in Dewey

This beach house worked perfectly for our group- 2 parents plus 9 adults age 21-35. At one point we had 9 cars on the driveway and still had room for cornhole. Craig stopped in to say Hello when we checked in and was available by text/phone. It is an easy 2.5 block walk to the beach. We plan to be back next year!

Dewey Beach House

The house is very spacious and is a nice quiet neighborhood. It is a short walk to the beach although you do have to cross a very busy intersection. It was fantastic to have outdoor showers so we didn’t have to track sand through the house. The on-site laundry was also a plus. The house is set up like a duplex so if you wanted privacy it was easily obtained. There are four large bathrooms which also was beneficial. There was plenty to do in the area and it’s also a short drive to Ocean City, MD.

Best Value in Rehoboth

The pictures don't do it justice. 12 members of extended family stayed. Most just stayed for a long weekend, but it was great. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes, no problem. The house itself was large, so that the 3 families all had their own wing for sleeping. When one family had to leave unexpectedly early, there were only 5 of us left and we were rattling around! Lots of up and down stairs tho.

Great Property. Great Location. Great Value

We head down to the Rehoboth/Dewey Beach area each fall and we have stayed in a different property each year for the past 10 years. This one was easily one of our favorites. Craig was extremely easy to work with and has a great property. It was clean, in great repair, and even included a very sweet welcome when we got there. Craig was even willing to take care of issues mid-week when they arose. The property is big and very comfortable to stay in, and I cannot understate how important it was for us to have so many full bathrooms available for our family. That is not easy to find in the area for a reasonable price. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Sweet Dewey Beach House

We loved our week at Dewey Beach. The house was perfect for our growing family. There was a bed for everyone! The walk to the beach was easy enough. You do cross one fairly busy street but there’s a cross walk with a light. The upper deck in the late afternoon was so nice. We enjoyed many meals out there. We loved walking to the beach after dinner and letting the dogs play. Craig was wonderful with communicating and made the check in and out so easy. We loved gathering in the kitchen and family room at night for games. Great house and we hope to stay there again.

There were some older people with knee challenges which made going up and down the stairs a bit difficult. Also the bunk beds were a challenge. We enjoyed the proximity of the beach and shopping areas! Overall, our stay was good and we enjoyed our celebration! Our host was very helpful!

Fabulous place for a large group

The house is spacious and well set out for a large group of friends to allow everyone space to gather or retreat for quiet time. It’s also in a great location for just a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants etc in Dewey. Definitely recommend.
