Rent this 7 bedroom, 4 bath, 2 floor home, located in a quiet community just north of Dewey Beach. This home is located 2-1/2 blocks from the ocean and within easy walking distance to downtown Dewey. Large private driveway space for renters and their guests to park and leave cars or even a boat at the house without the need to purchase parking permits.

This house is functional, providing excellent value and is ideal for large family gatherings or groups looking for a beach rental at a reasonable price. If you like to spend time with friends, you have flexibility for 2 or 3 families that want to vacation together. The house is designed with flexibility to enable adults to have privacy in their own section of the house and their children in the other side or families can each have a private section of their own.

The front section of the house has a full kitchen, living room and one of the four full bathrooms on the second floor along with a large deck off of the living room. Downstairs in the front section of the house there is another full bath and three bedrooms (one room with a queen bed, one room with two twins and one small room with a twin bed) and also includes a deck off of one of the bedrooms. The back section of the house on the second floor has a large breakfast room with an additional refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, sink and TV. Also on the second floor is a full bath room, a bedroom with a full size bed and another bedroom with two twins. Downstairs in the back of the house there is another full bath and a bedroom with a king bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin up above.

The house also has two outside showers in the back of the house, washer and dryer, complementary propane outside grill and Wi-Fi internet available.

If you want to visit downtown Rehoboth Beach, catch the Jolly Trolley for a short ride to the board walk, shops, additional dining and dancing experiences.

No Saturday Check in and Check outs

Weekly rentals Friday to Friday during summer months (June to Thursday before Labor Day).

Check in at 3pm on Friday and check out the following Friday by 10am. Weekend rentals only available after the summer. Guests are responsible for their own linens, towels and paper products.

Renters Age: 35+, If groups are mostly couples, renters age 26+

No Senior’s week rentals, no bachelor and bachelorette parties

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Trash and Recycles need to be removed from house and put into containers outside house and taken to the road.
While we hope no furniture should be moved, if it is during your stay, all furniture should be placed back to the original spots.
Put the comforters and pillows back on each bed as you found them when you arrived. If any changes to TV equipment, please make sure the TV controls work the TV’s as intended.

Celebrate End of School

This site was a perfect place to get away and enjoy the beauty, amenities, and lifestyle of Dewey, Delaware. The property owner/manager was friendly, available, and hospitable. We love our annual Dewey trips, and this new location did not disappoint. Plenty of spaces in this rental to enjoy some alone time while coming back together to enjoy family time. All of this and within a brief walk to the beach, nightlife, and fun hot spots.

Great spot in Dewey

This beach house worked perfectly for our group- 2 parents plus 9 adults age 21-35. At one point we had 9 cars on the driveway and still had room for cornhole. Craig stopped in to say Hello when we checked in and was available by text/phone. It is an easy 2.5 block walk to the beach. We plan to be back next year!

Dewey Beach House

The house is very spacious and is a nice quiet neighborhood. It is a short walk to the beach although you do have to cross a very busy intersection. It was fantastic to have outdoor showers so we didn’t have to track sand through the house. The on-site laundry was also a plus. The house is set up like a duplex so if you wanted privacy it was easily obtained. There are four large bathrooms which also was beneficial. There was plenty to do in the area and it’s also a short drive to Ocean City, MD.

Best Value in Rehoboth

The pictures don't do it justice. 12 members of extended family stayed. Most just stayed for a long weekend, but it was great. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes, no problem. The house itself was large, so that the 3 families all had their own wing for sleeping. When one family had to leave unexpectedly early, there were only 5 of us left and we were rattling around! Lots of up and down stairs tho.

Great Property. Great Location. Great Value

We head down to the Rehoboth/Dewey Beach area each fall and we have stayed in a different property each year for the past 10 years. This one was easily one of our favorites. Craig was extremely easy to work with and has a great property. It was clean, in great repair, and even included a very sweet welcome when we got there. Craig was even willing to take care of issues mid-week when they arose. The property is big and very comfortable to stay in, and I cannot understate how important it was for us to have so many full bathrooms available for our family. That is not easy to find in the area for a reasonable price. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Sweet Dewey Beach House

We loved our week at Dewey Beach. The house was perfect for our growing family. There was a bed for everyone! The walk to the beach was easy enough. You do cross one fairly busy street but there’s a cross walk with a light. The upper deck in the late afternoon was so nice. We enjoyed many meals out there. We loved walking to the beach after dinner and letting the dogs play. Craig was wonderful with communicating and made the check in and out so easy. We loved gathering in the kitchen and family room at night for games. Great house and we hope to stay there again.

Family Adventure

This was a great week for our family. The owner was very nice, accommodating and helpful. We had a bathroom door jam issue which he personally came out to fix within a day. The house was perfectly set up for us. Even though we had 14 people in the house there was ample room for a person to get away for quiet privacy. The older generation held court in the back area and the younger generation took control of the front of the house with the large TV. The walk to the beach is not nearly as bad as it looks on Google. It is several blocks away but is an easy walk. There is a lot of stair walking to get around the house which was good for my legs but I wouldn't recommend the house for people with mobility issues. Other than that - it was perfect, great owner, great price, great location.

An Moedim Celebration

There were some older people with knee challenges which made going up and down the stairs a bit difficult. Also the bunk beds were a challenge. We enjoyed the proximity of the beach and shopping areas! Overall, our stay was good and we enjoyed our celebration! Our host was very helpful!

Fabulous place for a large group

The house is spacious and well set out for a large group of friends to allow everyone space to gather or retreat for quiet time. It’s also in a great location for just a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants etc in Dewey. Definitely recommend.

Dewey Beach Vacation 2022

House was very adequate for our large family, nice location and comfy beds. Only downside, top bunk on 1 set did not have safety rail so was unusable. Shaded lower deck very nice.

Exactly as Described and Owner is a good/fast communicator.

Unit was exactly as described. We had a variety of family members join us over the course of the week... from my 85 year old father to my youngest - who is 19. It was perfect to accomodate a larger group. Kitchen well stocked (although we did eat out a lot). Lots of parking for cars. The distance to the beach is really a VERY easy walk. However, I would make a note that if you have elderly parents or very young children, the walk to the beach might? be a little much. I saw families pushing young kids (under 5) in strollers and I (personally) had to drive my dad at the beach and then return the car back to our house parking. The walk was just a little too far - if someone has mobility issues.

This vacation home is well maintained and stocked w/the essentials for a multi-family get together. This home is big enough for groups to meet and socialize throughout the house. Information was provided prior to check-in of house rules and how to care for the house and where to find essentials. Craig, the property owner was helpful & responded quickly & checked back when we had questions. We look forward to our next family visit to the beach in 2025.

Perfect for a getaway with friends

My friends and I loved our stay here. Perfect location close to the bars and beach, but far enough away to relax and unwind on a nice, quiet street when you need a break. Spacious and clean inside, with bedrooms away from the main room when you need some rest. We already plan on renting again next year!

Dewey Beach Memorial Day Week/ Weekend Stay

Our stay on Elizabeth Street in Dewey Beach was perfect. The home is well located, spacious, furnished and outfitted, and reasonably priced. Craig Foster, the owner/host was very responsive. I would defintely recommend this home to large families and groups.

Fantastic Dewey Beach House

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Dewey and couldn’t be happier with the Elizabeth St beach house. It’s in a great location with only a short walk to both the beach and all that Dewey has to offer. The house is very spacious and has four full bathrooms which is great. It also has wonderful accommodations such as two outdoor showers and decks. Craig the owner reached out with all of the relevant property information shortly before our vacation and followed up to make sure we arrived without any issues which was very nice. Definitely a spot we will look to rent in the future!

This is a very quiet neighborhood with very convenient access to the town of Dewey Beach, the Atlantic ocean and the Rehoboth Bay, While the town of Rehoboth Beach is slightly further, it is still easily accessable.

What makes this property unique

Our goal is to try to keep the house clean and afordable for a beach house and for the number of people it sleeps. While parking is a huge problem in the beach area, we have a large area in front of our house on the property that helps with parking.
