Wonderful cabin in the woods. Great back patio with wonderful couch swing. Wonderful open area kitchen / dining area that flows into living room. Great communication with the owner throughout the process. Enjoy the TN woodland surrounding and the park.
The cabin was cozy, charming setting in the woods, enjoyed watching the horses. Casey our host was wonderful. Highly recommend this perfect little cabin.
The property was very pet friendly! Casey was easy to contact and very willing to help with any concerns that we had! We enjoyed Montgomery Bell Park very much. The horses were a highlight.
What a beautiful cabin! Myself and my trusty dog had the best time relaxing, hiking the nearby state park and visiting with the horses. We are most appreciative for the time we were able to spend in the little woods.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place. The cabin was clean, cozy, and tucked away in the woods, making it the ideal spot to relax and unwind. One of the things we appreciated most was how dog-friendly the property was. It made traveling with our furry family member so much easier and more enjoyable. The host was truly exceptional—friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and communication was effortless from start to finish. It's clear they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about coming back. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet retreat with a fantastic host and a beautiful natural setting. Five stars all around!
Cabin is cozy and clean. Close to some restaurants and a nice grocery store. Not far from Nashville. Multiple State Parks in the area to go hiking. Friendly hosts. Horses are also friendly.
Pros and cons! Cons first. The only bed for adults is upstairs with no bathroom. Rough on old people. The driveway requires careful navigation. The wireless internet can be a little sluggish sometimes. With that out of the way, I'll close with pros. Very nice cabin and the location is great. No crowds or traffic noise. Well laid out and well supplied. The host was very nice and it was easy to find and get checked in. It was our second visit to this cabin and we will probably come back next time we are in Nashville.
The property was perfect for what I needed! Arrived and check was very easy and was met with a well kept property. Only tough part was my van fitting down the driveway, an easy trade of for the privacy. Overall great experience, would definitely go back!
Beautiful place to stay. Very quaint & rustic. Perfect for our stay. Very close to Montgomery Bell State Park where there are all kinds of things to do. Casey, the host, was quick to respond to any questions and was very gracious. And, there is a phenomenal Mexican restaurant near by, El Campo. The food is amazing and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.
