Welcome to Allora! This 3-story, luxurious roof-deck townhome is situated in the lovely, Ruskin Park, sleeps 12 people in total and offers a fantastic, central location in Seaside, FL.

The first story features a King primary bedroom with a smart TV and an ensuite shower room with twin wash basins. There is also a bunk nook with 2 twins, each with a TV, and a bi-fold louver door for privacy. The separate hall bath has a small tub/shower. The fully equipped kitchen has all stainless appliances (fridge, dishwasher, glass top range, microwave, euro-style washer/dryer combo), stone countertops and a breakfast bar adjacent to the living area with a Queen sleeper sofa, 60” smart TV, Blu-Ray player, and door opening onto the front patio with Adirondack chairs on the park. Outdoor shower in carport. Wireless internet. This floor sleeps up to six.

Second Floor: Private entrance from the park or a separate rear entrance takes you to the secluded terrace on the second floor with/ a gas Weber grill and outdoor dining. French Doors lead to the expansive main living area with a massive 82” 4K smart TV with 4K Apple TV, Blu-Ray player, cinema surround sound, Sonos, wireless internet, wet bar, and hall bath with shower and utility closet with full-sized washer/dryer. Double doors lead to the gourmet kitchen with TV, Northland fridge and freezer, Viking gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and warmer drawers. This penthouse is great for gathering or hosting. The dining room leads from the kitchen with rustic reclaimed Elm-wood table seating for 8, Sonos music system, a Queen Murphy bed, and French Doors to the front terrace overlooking Ruskin Park and the Fairy Forest.

Third Floor: On reaching the third floor, double doors reveal the King primary suite with a luxurious private en suite (Kohler rain shower and freestanding Tyrrell and Laing soaking tub for 2! The king primary suite features a 50-inch smart TV, Apple TV, large dresser and walk-in closet. A door from the primary bedroom opens to a spacious private terrace with lounge chairs.
