Gorgeous 14th Fl - Stunning views - Beachfront - Beach Chairs/Umbrella included

Thank you very much for considering my condo for your vacation. My name is KC, and I have owned this condo for 16 years and manage it myself. I live at the condo during the winter months, so this is more than a rental property to me – it is my home.

I am honored that over 185 guests have rated my condo 5 out of 5 stars.

You have my commitment to do everything I can to ensure your vacation is memorable, including having my personal cell phone number which I answer/reply 24x7x52.

From March 1st thru October 31st, your booking will include two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella (via Lazy Days Beach Service) - a $50/day value. Lazy Days will set up and take down - you just enjoy the beach.

Access to the building and my condo is via the same 6 digit access code, which will be unique to your stay (most condo's have 2 different codes, one for building and another for the condo).

Emerald Isle is a 17-story luxury high rise on approximately five acres with 300' of beachfront directly on the Gulf of Mexico. My condo is located on the 14th floor. Emerald Isle is the premier property in Pensacola Beach:
• Gulf Front, so no road to cross to get to the beach.
• Walkable to most restaurants and shopping.
• Unobstructed views of the Gulf.
• Private balconies.
• Heated pool and Jacuzzi year round.

My condo features:
• All new kitchen appliances installed in 2022/23.
• Completely repainted in 2023.
• Luxury furnishings.
• King bed (master), queen bed (guest) and queen & 2 twin premium air mattresses.
• Master bedroom opens directly onto the balcony.
• Fully equipped kitchen
• TVs with Roku in master and guest bedrooms and living room (see note below)
• Washer & dryer
• I use the premier cleaning service on the island, BBClean.
• Free parking for 1 vehicle

PLEASE NOTE:
• My condo has blackout roller shades in the Master Bedroom, blackout cellular shades in the 2nd bedroom and 97% light blocking roller shades in the living room.
• All TV's are Roku/streaming equipped with most major streaming services. You may need to use your own accounts to stream, though the TV in the Living Room has Netflix, ESPN, Paramount+, Peacock, Disney and other services logged in. I do not have cable TV.
• A single additional parking registration **may** be available (not guaranteed, it is first come, first serve for the limited extra parking spots) and is $25/night.

This property was perfect for our family vacation with small kiddos. We had easy access to the beach and pools and the condo was stocked with everything we needed for meals and enjoying our stay. Highly recommend this unit and Pensacola Beach as a whole. We had a great trip and communication was top notch with the owner. This was the best vacation we've ever had - Thank you!

The view of the beach was nice. The condo was really neat & clean. The kitchen was very well stocked as well as the other rooms. I do wish there were more shops nearby. KC was a very good host. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect getaway
