Casa 18Th Place is all about Location, Location, Location. What an amazing location Pilsen is! Welcome to Chicago and our Pilsen 2 bedroom / 1 bath newly renovated home with your own private entrance. This home was designed with an open floor plan and so many modern touches.

The house is walking distance to many of our favorite restaurants such as 5 Rabanitos, La Luna, La Vaca, Los Camales, S.K.Y, Monnie Burke's just to name a few. Maybe you are catching a band a Thalia Hall, concert or sporting event at United Center, conference at McCormick Place, we are very close to so much. Our cozy place is literally 3.2 miles from Downtown Chicago, access to South Loop and West Loop and many other neighborhoods.

This house has been renovated from top to bottom with all the desired modern touches and amenities.

Between every booking the house will be professionally cleaned and each guest will be supplied with fresh towels and linens.

WE DO ACCEPT SAME DAY BOOKING IF MADE BEFORE 8AM CST ON CHECK IN DAY.

**No excessively loud noises or music as there are other people and guests in the building.

**NO SMOKING on premises is permitted** IF DETECTED MINIMUM $250 CLEANING FEE

**There is to be no more than 5 people in apartment at any given time.

- Per VRBO Guidelines, we are required to let all guests know we have 24 hour surveillance on our front door and the private entrance of VRBO Apartments


PARKING
The street that the property is on does require a permit. You can park on the two adjacent streets to the apartment and we usually never have an issue locating a parking spot.

**Please be certain to look at street signs at all times. Do not park In designated handicap parking spaces they are designated for residents**

Wonderful stay!

Place was cozy with many daily conveniences available (laundry, stove, full size fridge). Location was in the heart of some amazing food and close to the metro making travel around the city easy! Would certainly stay here again.

We did not use the laundry. The location was great. Only 2 1/2 blocks to the pink "l" line, so very convenient. There is a small convenience store only a couple of blocks away and a liquor store within walking distance. The apartment is kind of small, but the location outweighs the size of the apartment. It was clean and well taken care of. We were happy with it.

Chicago Weekend

Cozy!

We stayed for three nights and it had all we needed. Comfy beds, tons of bath towels and a great iron! We slept very well even through the fun fireworks on 4th of July. The space felt very cozy, and dare I say, quiet! It was clean and superseded all of our expectations. The neighborhood was also nice, walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

Enjoyed out stay

Our stay went off without a hitch and was a great home base after spending our day being tourists. We went to Parkview Restaurant Grill every morning for breakfast and felt extremely welcomed with great food, coffee and company each day. Wonderful place to stay!

She is born and raised in the amazing neighborhood Pilsen this is where we have chose to plant our flag as a family. Pilsen is filled with so much culture from arts, music and amazing food. In the summer you can definitely catch us at the many music and food fest that Pilsen and surrounding neighborhoods have. You can catch us at the park playing with our daughter eating an “Elote” (Corn on stick) or “Paleta” (Mexican Popsicle) just enjoying the Chicago weather.

We became homeowners in 2018 and we now are excited to share what we have built with our guests. When investing In Pilsen the buildings are old need allot of work, but have amazing character. We have spent the last year making our property perfect while preserving the character. We love to travel so we understand how important room accommodations are. So we hope to make you as comfortable as possible on your visit to Pilsen and Chicago. We love help so if there is anything you need please don’t hesitate to ask.
