Settle down each night in the inviting living area equipped with comfortable furnishings that create the perfect atmosphere for true relaxation or whip up a tasty meal in the fully-equipped kitchen that will make cooking and preparing snacks a breeze. Booking Nature's Paradise will grant you access to a seasonal outdoor community pool, a community fitness center, sauna, and steam room, and even a shared pavilion with an outdoor fireplace!

Start with the history of the area with a stop at the Little River Railroad and Lumber Company Museum, in the quaint town of Townsend, where the heritage has been preserved of the company of the people. Adjacent to Townsend is Cades Cove, an eleven-mile driving loop that takes you back in time to a working grist mill and other historical buildings.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
