Nice cabin

We loved the cabin. It is close to everything but you feel like you are in the woods. The only thing I would suggest is to trim the trees if possible as it blocks the view of the mountains

Great Mountain Cabin

We had a great stay here! Our family was in town and we booked this cabin for our trip to Dollywood & Gatlinburg. It was very crowded this time of year and we won’t come the last week of December again, but we would definitely stay here again. The cabin is beautiful, nicely stocked and close to the town.

Cabin Stay

This cabin was great. We stayed here because it was super close to my wedding venue, and we had our bridal party stay with us. Everyone had enough room and everything as very clean when we got there! Would recommend to anyone!

Nice

the game room helped keep the kids occupied while mom and dad rested. wish the trees were trimmed to help improve the view but it was still a nice view. overall the vacation was very nice and the cabin was just what we needed to come back to every night.

Bear encounter

When we first arrived, we came across a small bear just inside the gate when entering the property. Although this would have been scary if we had been out of our car, this was nice to see at first. This cabin was very clean and everything was in very good working order. This cabin was very roomy and gave us all more than enough space to stay comfortably. We will definitely try to get this cabin again.

Great escape...

Positioned well in the hills of Pigeon Forge, this beauty had plenty of room for seven. Easy access to all the Smokies have to offer.

Nice cabin with a great view and privacy deck/hot tub

The view is great. Cabin is nice. We were there for a relaxed spring break. Loved the privacy in the deck and the hot tub even through there are other cabins around our cabins. Lots of things for kids to play around. Second floor bathroom and hot tub both leaking water in the kitchen floor as well as in one of the basement room.

Nice Cabin

Nice cabin, could use a little bit more of cleaning, blankets at bottom floor were dirty, had to wash them before use. Apart of that we have a great time, we even got a day of snow.

Perfect little family get away

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights and we all agreed this should be our go to rental anytime we come back to Pigeon Forge. The loft with the pool table was a great little hangout spot at the end of our long day of driving. The main floor has anything you could need. The lower floor is pretty much a whole little rental in of itself with 2 bedrooms a living room, bathroom, air hockey table and private balcony. My daughter and her husband loved having that lower floor to themselves to get a chance for some privacy. Water pressure was great in all 3 bathrooms although it definitely heats up a lot faster on the lower floors. It is a little hard to find at night as the 'Vista Point' sign doesn't have a light on it but GPS will get you there. Overall a great cabin in a great spot while you explore Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg or just relax there at the cabin.

Good location, comfy

We were relocated to this cabin after a safety issue with our original booking. House and location was nice and comfy and the fireplace worked great. When we arrived, the TV in basement living area was busted and could not watch, there was no hockey puck for the air hockey table and hockey table was busted, the hot tub would not heat to setting, the upstairs garden tub had no cold water which made the water too hot to use.

Good just unhappy abt the wifi

Very good cabin. We enjoyed our stay a lot and it's near to everything. Very good view. Entertaining for big groups. Only disappointment was that the WiFi wasn't connecting at all and we expected few quick needs in kitchen like oil, salt, sugar and coffee powder which we needed to buy just for a day. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

All in all a Nice stay

We loved being so close to everything! The house itself was good. The furniture was pretty dated and the air hockey table was very rickety. The paddles were broken. One of the shower curtains downstairs was molded and the bottom of the freezer was broken. The cabin was roomy and we enjoyed being able to spread out when we needed to.

Roughing it?

The cabin was laid out well. When we first arrived however it did smell pretty bad but my wife cleaned it and after that we were ok. The view was great and other than really old furniture the place was in good shape. I would expect the older furniture will be replaced as the economy gets back on its feet. Kids loved it wife loved it and I loved it too very good place to visit though next time we plan to stay in Gatlinburg to be closer to that side of the fun since we are now pigeon forge experts!

Fun trip - home needs TLC

We love going to Gatlinburg, and we’ve stayed at this same chalet before, back in 2019. It felt like everything had just aged 3 years, and the dust had just piled up and the place had worn down. They also had no Christmas decorations - when every other chalet we’ve stayed at decorates. I already gave my feedback to Vacasa. We had a great time, the hot tub was not over chlorinated which was a plus. Beds still comfy. Not enough forks though 😂

Not a pleasant stay

Toilets didn't work. Router was unplugged when we got there and it took them 2 days to come out and show us where the router was, so we had no internet.

Family/friend vacation to Pigeon Forge.

We took our first family/friend vacation this year. We stayed in the Sherwood Forest area many times before this and loved it. This cabin was big enough for my family of 5 and my buddy’s family of 5. The pictures online are not up to date on how the cabin currently is. The cabin just looked old and unclean when we first arrived. We found fresh mice droppings in the middle of the living room under the coffee table, dishwasher was filthy, hairbands from other people on the floor and dirty bathrooms. Also, the arcade machine and air hockey machine were very used and I’m surprised that they even worked at all. The hot tub was nice for all the kids other then the raccoon poop behind it that smelled. We tried reaching out to the cleaning people with little or no response back about this items. We just ended up taking care of the miss ourselves. All and all, we still had a great vacation with our friends but won’t be staying at this cabin anymore.

Pretty Nice

We stayed here with family over Christmas. The cabin is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to not be on top of each other. There's a lot of things to do for the kids with the pool table, air hockey and video game as well as the hot tub, all of which my grandkids loved. All the TVs are very large and there's one in every bedroom which is very nice. Great location very close to everything available in Pigeon Forge and not too far from Gatlinburg. We also appreciated that they had a fake tree to use although we had brought our own. On the down side, some of the bedspreads are old and very worn and should be updated. Not enough warm blankets for winter nights either. I realize bringing extra blankets was recommended but we had an 8 hour drive with a truck full of 5 days worth of stuff and tons of Christmas gifts so we didn't bring any. Luckily I did bring my own pillow because they were also pretty bad. All in all I would recommend this cabin but just be aware you should bring your own blankets and pillows. One more thing to know is the cabin is VERY close to the cabins on either side which is not evident in the photos.

better options exist , cabin not great, A/C doesn't work properly & dealing with Wyndham was a pain

the cabin is more confined than the pics let on and your neighbors are right on top of you. The A/C doesn't cool the place and when called to fix it, I was first told nothing was wrong then the guy came out and actually turned the air UP so we couldn't make it cooler if we wanted to. Cool air doesn't come out of the vents. Dealing with Wyndham was not great, my wife left her pillow, called to see if they could find it, was told housekeeping would check, never heard back, had to call again, was told house keeping didn't find it, but then mentioned housekeeping wasn't looking for it lol.. in other words, I found out they hadn't even been out there to check to see if they could find it. Said they can't interrupt someone staying there, however they had no problem interrupting us to turn our air up to make it HOTTER when I told them it was already hot. Not a good experience, cabin isn't as clean and neat as pictures show.. there are better options for your money, search somewhere else.
