This huge, southwest-themed, Snowcreek 3-bedroom, 3-bath end-unit is conveniently located close to the Snowcreek Athletic Club in Old Mammoth! Sleeps 8!
Wake up to spectacular views through the newly-installed, energy efficient windows; grab a cup of coffee in the enormous kitchen with attached breakfast nook, and head to the large living room with vaulted ceilings to kick back in front of the custom fireplace and flat screen TV with cable. There is also a proper dining table for more formal gatherings.
There are plenty of sleeping options to choose from with a King-sized bed in the Master bedroom, featuring an ensuite bath, a Queen bed in bedroom two, split Twin beds in bedroom three, and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the den.
There are covered community hot tubs available for your use throughout the Snowcreek development. Complimentary high-speed internet is provided, along with in-unit laundry, and a private 2 car garage with total parking for up to four vehicles (2 in the garage, 2 in designated spaces outside). Driving is optional however, as the unit is conveniently located on the free town shuttle route.

Well-maintained and clean property with a great location. It’s in a safe neighborhood, close to amenities, and near several scenic spots in the Mammoth Lakes area.
Great condo in a very clean and pretty setting - Snowcreek - this phase is really beautiful. We enjoyed the amenities at the condo - the kitchen is topnotch. The beds and rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. Will definitely reserve here again.
Location was in a perfect place for our three small children. Quiet, and within an area wit lots of exploration trails and play areas for them. Home was big, spacious, and beautiful. Enjoyed our stay.

The whole family absolutely enjoyed this place. It was clean, comfortable…everything you need is there and WiFi worked well too. We loved that there is a bike path close by and the view each morning looking onto the creek and trees made for a great mtn getaway! The place was big enough that there was good sound proofing. Flooring too is sturdy, no creaks!

This property is a tremendous value due to its reasonable price (too bad for the extra fees, but still worth it!) and fantastic location. Our family used the unit as our “base camp” for daily adventures, relaxing on the meadow, walking or biking into town, toddler naps and great family dinners. As one family member said more than once, “Glorious!"

We went with church friends, parking are spacious, eventhough we only drove 2 cars but the house has attached garage for 2 and can fit 2 more on driveway. There are 3 bedrooms sleep 6 plus 2 folding beds that were provided inside the closet. Place is spacious,all utensils are available to use.
Large, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for two families (with school aged kids) for a four night ski trip. We did have a power out one evening (due to the a power company issue) and we couldn’t find any flashlights or candles in the house. Property manager was very responsive and helpful though. Otherwise our stay was nearly perfect. We would book again.

Snowcreek 4-3 bedroom unit
This property was much more tired than the reviews suggested. The kitchen cabinets, the window coverings and the walls all look like they have not been updated since the 80s. We love this complex and location and have stayed in many units here. While this one has a lovely location that backs up to the meadow, and lots of space, I would not recommend it without some updates. Also, apparently as part of the covid protocols, the kitchen has been left almost bare. There are scarcely enough plates for our family of 4 without washing after every meal.

We are so sorry this guest was unhappy! We always strive to make every guest stay as perfect as possible, inspecting every property twice between every departure/arrival. Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with.
This condo is priced appropriately in our market for its size, features and condition (including the furniture). If you are looking for a high end property, we offer those as well, they are priced accordingly. If you have any questions about this, or any condo you are considering, please contact our office for assistance. We have staff available by phone or email, 7 days/week, 9am-6pm (pacific) to ensure you book exactly the property you want.
Under the CA Guidelines for COVID-19 (which were lifted in June), all kitchen items present in a property needed to be washed at high temperature whether it appeared used or not. And then must be presented to the guest in a manner to demonstrate the items have been cleaned (as in pulled from the cabinets). In a home of this size, the labor for such a cleaning would increase our cleaning fees hundreds of dollars, and even at that we would not have the staff time in a busy turnover routine to do the work (we manage 50+ properties each with fully stocked kitchens.) While we wish we could supply fully stocked kitchens (as we always have), in order to be compliant with the COVID regulations, we aren't able to do so right now. (Other managers may not be following the rules.) Our modified stocking procedures for COVID19 are explained in all our ads, on every page of our website, in our rental contract (guests must initial the section specifically), in the check-in instructions, and again in a final email we send 48 hours prior to arrival. We aren't able to force guests to read any of those notices, but we do provide them.
We always stocked the essentials and delivered them clean in the dishwasher. We also sent a list in advance of suggested items to bring based on what would normally have been provided.
These rules were lifted in mid-June, however the process of recovering all those boxes of items (many of which were sent home with their property owners months ago) is time consuming. We have restored full stocking to about 90% of our inventory and we expect to have everything fully restocked as normal by the fall. We appreciate your patience as we work through some challenges presented by COVID compliance.
Condo was very spacious and well stocked. It was clean but dated and needed a good pressure washing on the outside for webs on screens, siding, roof areas on porchs. Super easy checkin process and very nice to have a large kitchen, fridge and laundry to use inside. Also garage to keep our new kayak inside. Overall rating of 4*’s because of numerous cobwebs inside sills and on draperies. No spiders, just webs.
We really enjoyed this home. It was spacious, clean and well maintained. The coffee maker was broken when we arrived but quickly replaced by the Property Manager. Excellent service and response time. The place has a 1980's vibe but we really enjoyed the space, the location and the quiet. Would recommend and stay here again.

The location and environment of the property are beautiful and convenient. The neighborhood is quiet at night. The management company, Five Star Lodging, is thorough and responsive. I especially appreciate the fact that I can reach and talk to the management representative easily. He is friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay very much.
This place is truly great for family. It’s clean and super accessible. The kids loved the meadow full of snow to play in. I didn’t mind bringing my own blankets.... the only improvement I could think of is if they can stock the kitchen better. It’s super super bare. Basic essentials like coffee, sugar, salt, oil, pepper, spices... etc and this place would be super divine. I still highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
Traveled with kids and in-laws. The size/layout of the unit was perfect for a larger family. The common areas are very welcoming, and the kitchen has everything you need. The unit gets a lot of light, and the kids enjoyed being able to go outside and run around in the huge preserve area right outside.
The property was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay at this unit and with this property manager again.
Having to bring comforters for a large family is a big drawback, but I understand the cause. Hopefully they can get that figured out soon, as it added a lot of time to vacuum pack blankets/comforters. One suggestion - please replace the older roll-away bed and mattresses - as the springs and mattress are shot.
