About this property

Welcome to Coach's Cabin! A completely remodeled two-bedroom, two bath park model in Linville Land Harbor. Open concept living, kitchen and dining areas provide for ample entertainment. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, a beautiful granite island with eat-in seating and is fully stocked. The living area is outfitted with comfortable seating which includes a sofa and built-in bunk beds.

Master bedroom features a king bed and full private bath with tub style shower and new marble vanity. Guest room has queen size bed and is separated from the living area. Shared full bath with walk-in tiled shower is located near the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms feature flat screen TV's with cable. Enjoy playing games or relaxing in the sunroom/third bedroom, newly remoded in Spring 2021 and now featuring a twin bed with trundle for an additional private sleeping space.

Enjoy relaxing on the covered deck right outside. Coaches Cabin has a dog crate inside and a large fenced yard for the young ones or your furry family. Steps were recently added off the covered porch (May 2021) for easy access to the fenced yard. This is a level entry home and is easily accessible. Coach's Cabin features three driveways that can park up to 5 cars. The air conditioning is provided by window units.

Beyond the confines of the home, the Linville Land Harbor community presents a wealth of amenities to enhance your stay. Nature enthusiasts will revel in the hiking opportunities, while the community offers opportunities for friendly competitions with amenities such as shuffleboard, basketball, and tennis. A serene lake beckons for fishing or kayaking, providing an idyllic backdrop for outdoor activities. For those seeking relaxation in any season, an indoor pool awaits. The public golf course has gorgeous views as you walk along the neighborhoods and lake. Next to Hole #9 is the newly built addition, The Patio Grill. It offers a quick bite to eat or drink. The Patio Grill will be open for both breakfast and lunch during the operational season (May - October). The hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm.
