Nestled just a short walk from the iconic London Bridge, you'll be immersed in the heart of this vibrant lakeside community.

As a traveler, you'll delight in the array of amenities that await you. Unwind in the game room, or inviting outdoor pool or soak in the rejuvenating hot tub, all while enjoying the complimentary condo, high-speed Wi-Fi. Refresh your wardrobe with the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer, and settle in for a cozy movie night on the smart, BIG SCREEN TV with satellite cable channels.

Venture out and explore the breathtaking Lake Havasu, just a 13-minute walk away approximately, or head to the nearby Lake Havasu State Park for a day of outdoor adventure. Our walkway leads around the parks on both sides of the bridge. Back at the condo, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the necessary appliances and utensils to craft delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations on the kitchen island or step out to the balcony and savor the stunning water views.

TAKE TRASH TO TRASH BINS OUTSIDE THE SOUTH GATE CLOSE TO THE END OF THE BUILDING.
DOUBLE CHECK THAT THE KEYS ARE IN THE LOCKBOXES OPPOSITE THE FRONT DOOR JUST AS YOU FOUND THEM. AFTER MAKING SURE THE FRONT DOOR IS LOCKED.
