A 2 min walk to a sandy beach; 5 min drive to town along the picturesque shoreline of Kootenay Lake; 25-30 min to the ski resort; or 30 min to Ainsworth Hotsprings.

Didn’t go during ski season so this is not applicable.Went in November, the cabin was surrounded by colour full trees and leaves. The little stream is also gorgeous.The cabin has everything one may need, is really cozy, and just a quick drive to be downtown Nelson or to the ski hill.The owners are lovely, and they were able to manage our early arrival. This cabin was very well updated and had a beautiful creek flowing right past the deck. Checkin was very smooth and the owner had great communication and was available for any questions I may have had. The cabin has an excellent location, only 9 km away from Nelson, and is centrally located to venture out to experience many attractions and points of exploration offered in the area. This quaint little cabin was nestled in the trees next to a babbling brook, providing serenity and a well-needed escape from city life. They also provided all the amenities and kitchen items a person may need.

What a fantastic property...this beautiful cabin nestled in the trees beside the creek. We even had wild turkeys coming through 2 of the days. Walking distance to the beach/swimming...super clear water was lovely. The cabin has everything you need and stays cool due to it being in the trees beside the creek. We'd definitely come back. Cosy cabin in Nelson

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 4Mile Creek Cabin! The cabin is equiped with everything you need, a short drive to town and an easy 30 minute drive to Whitewater ski resort. We met Karl and Kaitlyn and both were so friendly and lovely. We would highly recommend this cosy cabin to stay, and can’t wait to come back already!
