Beautiful independent attic apartment, facing south facing the sea, about 60 square meters, located on the slope of La Cala del Moral, Serramar area, it is a quiet place, it has a beautiful terrace with impressive sunsets and sunrises. Living room with television and a good Italian sofa bed of 135 cm. one bathroom wiht shower, A bedroom with 1 beds of 135 cm. The kitchen is furnished with washing machine,
oven ,microwave refrigerator, hob, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
The attic has independent entrance.
Animals are not permitted
Wifi available free
 Distance is 900m. from the beach and the promenade of the town.
It has parking inside the house.
In the lower part of the house you can enjoy a swimming pool, (ask owners)
Change of sheets and towels every week.
All exterior with wonderful sea views from the terrace, about 10 m2.

It is located on the east coast, Axarquia, only 12 km from Malaga capital, buses are available every 20-25 minutes to the center of the city of Malaga.
Only 5 minutes from the Rincon de la Victoria town and shopping centers, 20 minutes from beautiful white villages in the axarquia.

Other places of interest such as Granada, (120Km) Cordoba (140Km and Sevilla (240Km)

Great hospitality and location!

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Cala del Moral during the Christmas Holiday. The apartement was spacious and had everything we needed including a fantastic view over the city and the sea. We managed fine without a car, it was close by to both the grocery stores and the public transportations. Ana Maria and Fermin were very caring and generous hosts. Thank you so much for the exclusive bottle of wine, we are saving it for a very special occasion!

My second home ❤️

I recently stayed here for 7 weeks and it really did become my second home. Ana María and Fermin are the nicest and most welcoming people, great contact throughout my stay and nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartment really exceeded my expectations, the views are amazing. The hills to the apartment are very steep but I actually really enjoyed the walking. Cala Del Moral and rincón de la victoria are beautiful places with good links to Malaga city. I would highly recommend staying with Ana María and Fermin to anyone and I really hope I get to stay with them again in the future.

Perfect base for a fabulous holiday.

The apartment is perfect and the owners are lovely!!Fermin was even kind enough to collect us from the airport and take us on a little tour to help us find our bearings the first day. It is vital to hire a car and I would suggest arranging one beforehand for collection from the airport. We spent 2 days and 1 night in Seville (around a 2 hour drive), which is beautiful. We stayed in the Hotel Murillo right in the centre of Sevile and only paid around 35 Euros.It was perfect!! We also stayed 1 night in Granada (round 1.5 hr drive) and the journey there was delightful and the Alhambra is stunning and well worth a visit. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment,it is SUCH good value-2 adults and 2 children could easily stay as there are 2 double beds in a lovely big room.The sun terrace is perfect and the owners even bought sun loungers for us to use!!!In the warm weather there is a lovely little plunge pool on the terrace below,which is left for guests' use. Lovely apartment and great hosts

Fermin and Ana Maria had taken the time to buy some basic provisions in order to save us going to the supermarket on the first day, which was a lovely touch. The apartment is lovely and you have your own little swimming pool to use exclusively during your stay. The apartment also has air conditioning which is a priceless when trying to sleep on a warm summer night. They advise that you get a hire car as the apartment is right on the top of the hill “ La cima de la colina”. We walked up the hill quite a few times during our stay and it is great exercise, though not for the faint hearted. The bus service into Malaga from the bottom of the hill is excellent and only costs 1.7 euros each, the 160 bus being the most common. A taxi back up the hill costs 6-7 euros and is a must if you have sampled a few beers in the town. There is a nice little square in Cala Del Moral just next to the main road and there are plenty of bars to choose from where you can also get some tapas etc. I can speak a little bit of Spanish so got by in Cala Del Moral with ease but most of the bar staff can speak a tiny bit of English, so you don’t have to worry about that. We hired a car for our stay and had a drive down to Nerja for the the day. It only takes 30 minuets and it’s lovely. They even let you park you car in their massive garage, which again is a lovely touch.

Wie immer hervorragend!

Wir haben zum dritten mal eine Wohnung von Ana Maria & Fermin gemietet - und es wird auch, wenn möglich, ein viertes Mal geben. Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderbar und die Vermieter herzlich und nett. Der einzige - kleine - Nachteil ist die Lage hoch oben am Berg ohne ÖPNV, ein Auto ist somit zwingend erforderlich. This is the third time we have rented an apartment from Ana Maria & Fermin - and there will be a fourth time if possible. The apartment is simply wonderful and the landlords are warm and nice. The only - small - disadvantage is the location high up on the mountain without public transport, so a car is essential. Esta es la tercera vez que alquilamos un apartamento a Ana María y Fermín y, si es posible, será la cuarta vez. El apartamento es sencillamente maravilloso y los propietarios son cálidos y agradables. La única (pequeña) desventaja es la ubicación en lo alto de la montaña sin transporte público, por lo que es imprescindible tener coche.

wij waren al eerder als afgesproken bij het apartement en de eigenaar kwam meteen en heeft ons echt super lief ontvangen. hij heeft ons alles laten zien, en ook het zwembad met de zithoek en zo.. de woning zelf was volledig ingericht, het ontbraak aan niks- het eenigste wat wij tegen hem ook zeiden, dat de airco, die er was voldoende is voor de woonkamer en de keuken maar als je moet slapen en in deze hitte, die wij er hadden, was het bijna niet uit te houden...in de slaapkamer raden wij aan om ook iets te doen met een kleine airco. voor de rest hadden wij een super verblijf, de auto kon iedere dag in de garage gezet worden, bij een huurauto echt TOP. en de mensen zelf zijn zo lief... wij waren eer meest pas in de late namiddag daar omdat wij in de asielen gaan helpen...die daar in Malaga en omgeving zijn... alles top, wij hadden al meteen gevraagd voor volgend jaar, maar helaas is het al door een andere koppel gegeboekt... misschien dan het jaar ernaa, dankjewel en veel plezier met deze mooie woning.. Perfect little apartment with balcony and private pool!

Lovely apartment in the town. Little pool and table area as well as balcony overlooking the town with ocean views. Would definitely recommend a car as it's a huge hill up from the beach. Ana Maria and Fermin are great hosts!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Ana-Maria und Fermin für zwei Wochen erholsamsten Urlaub in ihrer Ferienwohnung. Dieses Dankeschön bezieht sich nicht nur auf diese herrlich gelegene Wohnung mit idealer Anbindung an die Autobahn, in der es an nichts gefehlt hat. Gleichermaßen haben wir es als überaus zuvorkommend empfunden, wie wir empfangen wurden - ein "Lebensmittelpaket" für das erste Frühstück auf der großen Terrasse mit Sonne von Sonnenaufgang bis -untergang, Hinweise zum Ort und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es ist durchaus nicht üblich, ein doppeltes Wäschepaket bereitzustellen bzw. sogar Strandhandtücher, Stühle und einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand zur freien Nutzung vorzufinden. Einfach toll. Ebenfalls sehr positiv war die große Garage im Haus, in der wir bequem das Mietauto (ein unbedingtes Muss für wunderbare Ausflüge ins Hinterland) unterstellen konnten. Fazit: unbedingt empfehlenswert! Mucias gracias!

Buenas tardes Konny y Egbert, nos ha encantado vuestros comentarios, nos animan mucho a intentar que cada vez nuestros huéspedes se sientan cómodos y dispongan de todo lo necesario. Estuvimos muy bien con ustedes porque son muy amables y cumplieron todas las normas de la casa, como si siempre hubiesen vivido aquí. También nosotros, salimos a nuestra terraza a contemplar la puesta de sol, mientras disfrutamos un buen vino o para ver los pequeños barcos de pesca al anochecer o los cruceros llegar o partir Málaga. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas. El apartamento es justo para dos o tres personas. Los dueños encantadores. Una piscinita que viene muy bien para refrescarse y unas vistas preciosas al mar. Lo único malo es la distancia a la playa que obligaba acoger el coche. Volveremos fijo.

Fantastic place

We recently returned from here and we absolutely loved it. Ana and Fermin are a lovely welcoming couple who provide a fantastic welcome package of milk bread butter marmalade coffee sugar water a bottle of cava and beer. We had bought some of these before at the supermarket so maybe don’t shop beforehand. The apartment is as good, if not better than the pictures show, with lots of extras in cleaning products etc that you normally have to buy. We enquired if there was a kettle as we enjoy tea and it was kindly bought for us but we had already taken a travel one with us, there are not many people would do that. The view from the balcony is spectacular far better than any picture can portray. We were so relaxed here that we didn’t go anywhere for 3 days. As other reviews state you do need a car as the walk back up would be a challenge and this is not an area if you want a lively holiday. Although Ana and Fermin live below you do not know they are there, but are on hand if you need them. On our 2nd day they had a family barbecue which we really enjoyed from our balcony especially when Fermin brought us some delicious homemade paella to share. We had an early flight so did not want to disturb Ana and Fermin but want to say muchas gracias for a fabulous holiday we loved it.
