About this property

Charming cottage in a mansion for 4 people

Located in direct proximity of Benfled town center and a 5-minute walk from the SNCF train station, you will stay in a bright 55m² apartment completely renovated on the 1st floor of the owners' residence.
With 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and a shower room with WC, you will find all the comforts for a pleasant stay and
quiet.
Basic necessities are provided, as well as sheets and towels. The kitchen area is fully equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, fan oven, microwave oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.
You will be seduced by the bias of the owners for a quality renovation, respecting the architecture and the spirit of the house with a neat and original decoration!
Ideally located to discover Alsace, you will be on the Strasbourg-Colmar axis, 20 minutes from the Alsatian capital, 25 min from Colmar and Riquewhir, 15 min from Sélestat and Obernai or 30 min from Europapark.
On site, you will have all the amenities of the city center with bakeries and restaurants within 300m and a supermarket within 800m.
In summer, you will have access to a private terrace (available from July 2020), which will allow you to take your meals or relax in a green and sunny setting.

Brilliant property. Brilliant host. Brilliant location. Had a wonder break in a great part of France. Welcomed to the property by the host and shown around the apartment and facilities. The property is a good size for the 3 of us. All the appliances you want in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable for our taste. Very central in the town of Benfeld with various key shops in easy walking distance. If we visit the area again we would gladly return to this property.

Very beautiful apartment, hospitable owners- recommendable

We were staying in the apartment for a few days. It is very well located between Colmar and Straßburg to make day trips in the region. The apartment was very clean and is extraordinary beautiful decorated. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Olivier and his wife are very welcoming and friendly hosts. They recommended nice restaurants and shops close by and were always available for questions. We enjoyed very much our stay there. Thanks again for your hospitality!

The Perfect Stay in France!

We loved everything about our stay with Oliver and Sophia. The cottage was absolutely beautiful and full of French charm! The location was great for visiting Christmas markets in Strasbourg and Colmar. Oliver even gave us the name of a wonderful small village to visit which turned out to be one of our favorite markets. The cottage had everything we needed and was impeccably decorated and extremely clean! A few minutes walk to the bakery in the morning was a special treat. Also appreciated the private parking. This was one of the best stays we’ve had in Europe or the US. Can’t wait to return! Thank you Oliver and Sophia for a wonderful stay!

Lovingly furnished apartment and great hosts

The apartment is in a central yet quiet location. Everything is within easy reach in Benfeld. Even if you want to do without a car. The apartment itself is very lovingly furnished. A very successful mix between old and modern. Even in the garden there is a nice seating area exclusively available. Olivier, is anxious to create a framework for a very pleasant stay. He succeeded very well with us. The only thing that went wrong was the booking via the apartment portal. We had to book several times until the system accepted the booking. Fortunately, these were only initial difficulties. Everything was fine on site!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό, προσεγμένο και ευρύχωρο. Η Sophie μας υποδέχθηκε πολύ εγκάρδια και έλυσε κάθε απορία. Το μέρος είναι πολύ ήσυχο, κοντά ομώς σε μαγαζιά αν χρειαστείς αγορές. Το χωριό είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο της Αλσατίας και είναι πολύ βολικό για εκδρομές τριγύρω.

Wunderbare Gastgeber, Frankreich pur

Simone und Olivier bieten ein Altbau-Kleinod im Elsass, dass modern und klassisch zu gleich eingerichtet. Alles hat dort Stil. Die beiden Gastgeber sind zudem wundervoll, sympathisch und hilfsbereit - mit vielen Tipps für die Region. Der Aufenthalt hat uns alle erfüllt. Und das süße, kleine Städtchen bietet auch einiges. Une envie de revenir en Alsace...

Tout est fidèle aux photos et à la description qui en est faite... Une très belle demeure qui transpire la sérénité, dans une rue avec très peu de circulation. L'appartement est à l'étage avec accès par un bel escalier intérieur indépendant... La décoration est soignée avec le souci du détail...tout y est! Vous vous sentez chez vous! Les propriétaires sont prévenants, bienveillants et surtout pas envahissants... Géographiquement, vous êtes au milieu de tout! Près de Colmar et des villages incarnant l'esprit de Noël...

Séjour décembre Benfeld

Nous avons fait les marchés de Noël, Benfeld est très bien situé, à 20 ou 30 minutes maximum des villes les plus réputées pour leurs marchés. L’appartement est très chaleureux, très agréable et les hôtes ont pensé vraiment à tout pour que nous passions un excellent séjour.
