Two cozy lounges, sofas and television, dining room, air conditioning, large kitchen open to the pool, centralized electric shutters, wifi.
4 bedrooms (3 beds 140) including a master suite (1 bed 180), 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath, 2 toilets.
Electric gate, large indoor parking 5 to 7 places.
Large enclosed garden (1100 m2) not overlooked, swimming pool, superb pool house with summer bar, griddle and sofas, 4x10 pool, heated surcharge, 95 euros per week.

Retreat or base camp… just as you want it

It’s a lovey retreat and a base camp for you day trips to Montpellier, Avignon, Barcelona or into the caves and gulches of the area. The house seems well maintained and clean. Communication with the cost will be in French, but tech can assist you with that very well. They are very nice. Some of the furniture has certainly seen better days and could do with a make over, but that seems to be cosmetic rather then structural issues and it's perfectly adequate for a vacation home. The tech is very decent (lots of TVs around the house) and internet is very good (fibre), just that wifi is a bit shaky around the pool. One hint though: if you (like us) don’t like coffee capsule coffee and don’t like the brew from a drip coffee machine neither (again, like us): consider bringing your own Mokka maker. Groceries are at close range, too.

Prestations très correctes, les hôtes sont vraiment très agréables et l'accueil a été au top.L'espace piscine avec son pool house est juste génial. Côté maison, la climatisation est un gros plus, nous avons séjourné à 8 et les espaces pour chacun étaient impeccables.Le seul petit bémol irait pour les literies de deux des chambres qui n'étaient pas confortables.Concernant la localisation, vous séjournerez dans une villa au calme, sans vis-à-vis et, finalement, c'est peut-être le plus important pour se reposer. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Incheckproces was zeer vlug. Huis was niet volledig proper en opgekuist (microgolf, onder de zetels, ...).Zelf ingestaan voor onderhoud zwembad.Zwembad is niet geschikt voor niet-zwemmers. Is meer dan 2 m diep op grootste deel.

très bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa fidèle au descriptif et aux photos. Gérard et Marie sont charmants et très disponibles pour vous simplifier votre séjour. En effet, nous étions 8 personnes dont 6 adolescents et tout c'est bien passé. Même en bus + Tram, on arrive très vite sur Montpelier. Quand nous reviendrons dans la région c'est sans hésiter que nous reprendrons cette villa
