Lovely unit that met our needs; clean with many everyday amenities that we appreciated having (for example, cooking tools and in-unit laundry). The property is beautiful and the beach is beautiful.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, and everything was new and beautiful. They also provided a lot of extra amenities—such as toiletries, laundry detergent, paper products, beach towels, beach floats, coffee, spices, condiments, and more—which were super helpful for a family with kids.There was an issue with the electrical box that affected the HVAC. I called to let them know, and they came over within 30 minutes to fix it. They were extremely responsive and very nice people.We had a great experience, and I definitely plan on going back!

We had a wonderful stay in Siesta Key! Jen was incredibly helpful and made everything easy from start to finish. The place was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our 4th stay in this unit in 6 years. We love this property and unit. Many helpful “extras” are provided in the condo which is so handy. Laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coffee, plenty of beach towels and beach essentials. Very tastefully-decorated and modern. Steps to beach and pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. It had everything we needed. Even clips for partly used chip bags, flashlights, easy access to the Wi-Fi. The pools were wonderful, just the right temperature to do laps. It was an easy walk to the beach. All in all I would highly recommend this property.

This stay was amazing & exceeded our expectations. Jen has everything you could need & then some! The condo was spotless, amazing location, three great pools, the private beach was perfect! We are so incredibly happy with our stay & grateful for the amazing amenities! The location is perfect, close enough but far away enough from the public beach & all the other local sights & restaurants.We rented a golf cart, for the price, next time we would rent a vehicle so we could go further & not have to Uber. We also took the free transportation. Bring tip money for those drivers!The decor was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable & the living area furniture was great too! We loved the towels & used the washer & dryer and the kitchen as well! Thank you for the zip lock bags🥰 If we could give 10 stars we would! Thank you to Jen, her husband & cleaning crew…we will definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jamaica Royal. The host made it hassle-free. The unit was cozy, tasteful decorated, and has the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in!

The host, Jen, was very welcoming and extremely easy to contact and communicate with. We have been vacationing in Siesta Key one to two times a year for the past 30 years. We have rented places where we have had to spend hours trying to contact a "person" with questions. Jen was available by phone, text or email and we received immediate responses to our questions.
