Earthworm Invasion

Home was fairly clean (floor is tile and appeared dirty but when I tried to mop, the dirt did not come off so it’s likely stained that way). Bed was comfortable. Pool table was awesome. TV in the livingroom would not work properly (cable option didn’t work; only streaming apps) so we had to watch TV in the bedroom. Earthworm invasion in pool, not so fun. We had to skim earthworms out of the pool (per management) and on the bottom of the pool by water filtration drain every day. Besides that, management was very attentive to our request for assistance. Easy check-in/check-out process.

Regarding the TV, we understand the inconvenience and will investigate why the cable option wasn't working to prevent future occurrences. However, we wished you had informed us of this so that we could've provided clarification and immediate assistance. We're sorry to hear about the earthworm issue in the pool and appreciate your understanding and effort in skimming them out. This has been addressed by our pool technicians accordingly during their weekly service and can confirm that it should not occur again. Your feedback is valuable to us as we strive to improve. Check in process was very stressful. I was emailed the wrong info and couldn't access the property.

Check in process needs to be readjusted, but overall stay was nice.
